Attorney Gerald Shargel was on "The Early Show" this AM, saying he was giving Dave the right of first refusal for the proposal. Shargel says it's a business transaction -- the way Hollywood works.
So the question ....

#11 needs to go back to troll training. First, only one comment before you criticized ole Dave. Are you defensive much? You might want to actually read the comments first. The "bitter women" schtick is a bit tired and outdated. What else you got? You might want to think twice about the ridiculing women approach since Letterman's house of cards rests on women. LOL
Let him try to negotiate with a bunch of prisoners in a small tight shower room. They just love that.
If you take the emotion out of this it is all about a court case now. Letterman will have to go on the witness stand and be cross-examined and all the creepy strange stuff about him will come out. And how is that winning for Letterman? He will be roasted on the stand. Other trysts will be paraded out and it ain't gonna be pretty folks. CBS must be pooping their pants, LOL. Letterman's wife is a fool if she stays with this serial cheater. Letterman is the big loser here folks. Karma is a bitch. And Halderman will not serve any time.
Halderman 1. Letteman 0.
He's getting too much backlash from attacking the victim's character so he's going for a new angle.
Sleazy lawyers for sleazy criminals.
Does Dave wish he could "Get Back" - hear his recent interview with Paul McCartney @ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q0pcSsH2KNY
Hello,
You know the org. that supposedly prides itself on protecting of a LADIES right to be treated fairly in the work place, and of course I speaking about N.O.W. They are really silent in this case, and I think that is really a sign that they are weak and full of themselves. They seem not to give a rats ass what has happened to this women at all. She was mistreated by her employee. Where is N.O.W. been all of this time? Sitting on there well I will stop right there.
Thank you,
Larry D. Crumbley
