2. QUESTION:

Is it possible that Katherine Jackson's former lawyer, Londell McMillian was heavily steered by Joe & Randy Jackson, therefore Mrs. Jackson firing McMillian & then hiring Adam Streisand?

Because the tone of challenging Branca & McClain completely changed since yesterday.

Also: Will Joe Jackson be entitled to receive an allowance from Katherine's monthly share since they are still married?

3. Did Michael's estate end up paying for 11 more burial spots for the family? Even though joe (he doesn't deserve a capital) got shut down in court is there still a possibility that he can get an allowance from the estate? Is Randy still pushing that lie that this family ISN'T all about the money? Is it possible jermaine & la toya will make the same claims for money joe has?

8. How would Joe Jackson be able to consider himself a "creditor" when filing a creditor claim against the MJ estate? If Michael didn't provide for him in the will, that should be the end of any money, right? And why aren't his brothers filing similar claims, or are they just not as greedy and self-serving?

13. Would Joe Jackson be entitled to support from Katherine if they divorce? Katherine may not believe in divorce but wouldn't Joe make that kind of move if it would give him some independence from Katherine's purse strings?
