8. If the estate, judge, or courts allowed joe jackson to get a monthly check from MJ's estate even though it has a no-contest claus in it, wouldn't this be opening a can of worms for all other probate / wills ?? Can he just say that MJ verbally agreeded to take care of him with any contracts ??

And wouldn't it give people the idea that any will with a no-contest claus can be challenged with just a verbal agreement ??
