Joe Jackson continues to show his true colors. He is the barnacle that you scrape off the bottom of a rotting barrel . . . and even that is a bit of stretch. This man is pissed because MJ had the final say in this LIFE about what he TRULY thought of his father. If he had treated MJ with respect as a son and not just as a money-maker to help him out in his old age - things might be different with the wil, but he wasn't so - You Reap What You Sow Joe Jackson - You Brought This One On Y O U R S E L F! And NO ONE should feel one Bit DAMN SORRY FOR YOUR TIRED OLD ASS! STOP WHINING & wasting the courts time with your pettiness! Although it might be hard to sully a reputation like Joe's, this might well do it. The audacity of ANYONE to think that they're entitled to assets of a deceased party when they were completely excluded from that person's will is incredible. I mean, if the court were to absolutely break down and he were to somehow win his case.....what is his reasoning for the arbitrary amount of award he feels he is due? That "this is what I'm used to living on so Michael should have provided me with such." That is as loopy as Anna Nicole Smith's claim against her husband's estate after she was expressly left out of his will. He provided her with millions of dollars in jewelry, cars and real estate and she still shamelessly went after his will for 15 years! While Anna Nicole may have been a gold-digger, I propose that Joe gets his own designation "gold-miner."

201. there was a previous will before this one, which, apparently states the same thing in terms of his assets. it would fall to that will. Michael Jackson's name is on the kid's birth certificates, they are his kids, his heirs, they get his money!

Yes, you're right - it would fall back to the previous will. So the Jackson clan would have to somehow claim that the older will is also invalid. As you may recall, shortly after Michael died, Katherine ran her ass to the Court and filed a motion claiming Michael died intestate. And yes, he is named the father on the birth certificates but that's NOT the issue. I've previously posted the Calif estate laws, they are very specific and clear. If someone dies intestate, the estate goes to the children ONLY if they are the biological children or were legally adopted. There are 2 other exemptions but they don't apply here. If for some reason, the children do not meet the requirements, the next of kin would be Kathrine and Joe. That said, it's really mute because the will is valid and was accepted by the Court.

They have a a stipulation in the Jehovah Witnesses, if one of the children or spouse goes to the outside, meaning the worldly side, the faithful in the witnesses will and can have nothing more to do with that person who turned from Jehovah. like saying to Michael we will gladly take your money and your property but we can not be around you any longer until you are back in the witnesses.
