Shark infested waters indeed! I agree with everything you said except the part about the fans. Amazing...I never thought I'd agree with you about anything, but lo and behold! Will wonders never cease.

97. How can Janet not remember where she was when her brother died? I mean, this is her BROTHER! I remember where I was and I am not related. It's like, where you were when Princess Diana died, or for the older generation, where you were when President Kennedy was killed! These are public figures, much less a relative! And why, if she DOES remember and is lying about it, would she do that? I don't get it.

Joe can take a flying leap as far as I am concerned. I hope his motion does go forward so they can get a handwriting expert involved and prove the will was signed by Michael once and for all. I don't know all the ins and outs of it, but if Joe is so sure that the will is fake, where does he think the REAL one is? He is just doing what he has always done - following the money with his hand out. Which is ridiculous considering that we all know he has made a lot of money since Michael's death. He makes me want to throw up.

That's what I don't get..there are certain "where were you" moments we all have. Partial list for me: The Challenger explosion, Princess Diana, World Trade Center, and finding out MJ was killed (read it on my blackberry during my train ride home). And no one I am related to was involved in any of those moments. But now we find out there are two versions of her "where was I" about her brother dying???
Any other inconsistancies reported among the other family members on where they were at?

Not too long ago on a TMZ live feed, Harry Levin said that he was told(by a good source) that MJ was riddled with needle marks. He didn't name his source so again....what's the truth.

Harvey one day said he saw the "report" and he was riddled with Marks, neck arms and it was so bad the paramedics had to use the back of his knees! I saw that video of the fitting and there is nothing...Movie HD thriller his sleeves were rolled up nothing then his neck is showed all through the movie..NO marks even pictures of him before he died no marks. Klein said the same thing!! Something is odd!! Otherwise alot of stuff went on the 24th into the25th!

MJ gave his mom $60k a month for living expenses, she always sent MJ's father half, still does! Always will! This guy is 80 years old, dont you think $360K a year after taxes is a decent living? He's looking like the kook his family made him out to be.

Joe is being ridiculous. There is no way the signature on that will was forged. It looks exactly like the thousands of autographs Michael has signed over the years. And if it was forged, who on earth would forge it? John Branca? C'mon! Besides, the contents of the will (at least those that were publicized) sound EXACTLY like Michael. Kids left to his beloved mother whom he adored, 20% to charity which is classic Michael, Joe not mentioned (was this a surprise?), and Branca made executor. One of Michael's most loyal associates over 25 years, Branca never steered him wrong and was responsible for Michael's purchase of the Beatles catalogue, his acquisition of Neverland, as well as saving the Thriller music video from being trashed after the Jehovah Witness elders almost convinced Michael not to put it out. Branca is no dummy and Michael knew it. Whether he signed that will in Los Angeles or NYC, it was Michael who signed it alright.

If Joe was smart, he would drop this ridiculous claim against Branca and actually try to be cooperative. Branca will never be ousted as executor, and therefore it will be him (along with McClain) who will ultimately make a decision as to whether Joe will get an allowance or not. I actually think there's a fairly decent chance that Branca would agree to give Joe the allowance--or A allowance. Michael had a very conflicted relationship with his father and he did not hate him. Branca, who knew Michael as well as anyone, may very well conclude that Michael would want his father to have the money in the end. But that won't happen if Joe keeps antagonizing Branca like this.

I have often wondered about that. Supposedly the AP was anonymously given a copy of the autopsy report and they took it to a doctor to "interpret" it. I would think that because this is such a high profile case the ME would have a very strict chain of custody concerning any reports or photos which would make it easy to find out who leaked it. And it wasn't just reported on TMZ - I read about it at some "reputable" news sites like Fox News, etc. I am beginning to think we will never know what really happened, and while I don't have a morbid curiosity to see the autopsy report, I'd like to know the truth about the needle marks. They made it sound like Michael was some straight-up gutter junkie. I am not disputing that he used drugs, but I am not convinced it was to the extent that reports have said it was.

My dad is a similar kind of Jerk. I used to work with a now famous celebrity, when that person was coming up, and He thought that it was all about HIM! I got the feeling that he would be okay with my death if he could take my place. A Chillingly Cold, yet very real feeling.

I used to attend Church with Little Richard in The Hollywood Church, at the North East corner of Hollywood Blvd., and The Hollywood Freeway, since I was a toddler. Look it up on GoogleEarth or something. You CANNOT make that kind of stuff up. I can get so cynical about the area, because of that.

I would not want my father to cash in on my death. I would not put it past him. I feel like I know how Micheal would feel about this. I grew up a few blocks from where they kept the Batmobile. I used to ride my little Schwinn Stingray there when I was a kid. It made perfect sense to me when MJ used to go out in disguises. I had always dreamed of running AWAY from Hollywood, not TO it. I know that doesn't make alot of sense to people. But look at it this way, the greater Micheal's gift for a sense of the ineffable; that which is beyond words and form, that greater the distance between his experience and that of all the Goons that you find in Hollywood.

I understand that MJ was kind of a freak show toward the end. But we all remember, or have access to the video of, when he was that brilliant kid, singin' "Rockin' Robin".

My family wanted me to write a "Tell-All" book about the celebrity that I worked with, when that person was working thier way up the ladder. I had sworn, since I was a kid that I would never want to BE one of those people. It is tougher now, that the economy has me "economizing" like so much of the rest of America. I'm not hungry though, and I still have shelter, thankfully. I'd rather be a part of creating something more beautiful than trashing a gifted talent.

There is a photo, actually a series of photos, showing Joe outside Hayvenhurst laughing and cutting up with Jesse Jackson at the EXACT time Michael was on the autopsy table. And then to promote his record label 3 days later? Old Joe said no one will see him cry, that he does that in private. I SINCERELY doubt that. His demeanor in public would still be somber, sad, depressed, distressed - SOMETHING! Something other than having a grand old time waving to fans and laughing it up with Jesse that day. And he hasn't stopped since!

The only way Joe Jackson or any of Michael's siblings would receive a monthly stipend would be if Katherine set aside a percentage of her monthly stipend every month creating her own trust, then naming her own beneficiaries. They know when their mother and grandmother passes that that will be the end of incoming funds and Katherine's forty percent will go to Michael's rightful heirs, his three children. They cannot decide to pick over his will/last testament like apples (mother can have children-okay; Branca and McClain are MJ's executors-not okay, etc.) At the end, they all better have their own houses in order, and not meddling into Michael's business or affairs. Honestly, MJ was and still is the only man in that family, I feel, that took care of several members. They are being reminded ("they" being Randy and his three children, Alejandra and two other children she had with Jermaine, as well as Jermaine himself), everyday whose house they're living in, who's paying the bills, who's providing the food they're all eating, the leisure activities they all enjoy ( some of the same cousins-tag-along when Michael Jr and Paris-Michael spent the day with their godmother, Elizabeth Taylor).Not their own fathers but their uncle Michael, their cousins'father. I hope one day they will all acknowledge and try to emulate what a real man does: love and provide for his own and lead by example. When you're "all that" you don't need the swagger.
