OMG! Meg ryan used to be one of my favorites but not after she messed with her face. I can hardly stand to look at her. In this picture she looks like a frail, slightly loopy little old granny.

Meg Ryan did what a lot of Hollywood women seem to be doing - they're monkeying with their faces WAY before anything is needed. Problem is you can't go back.

Poor Meg, she used to be so hot. In the ol days, I would have plugged her until she begged for buttermilk. What a shame that she fell for the desire to stay young. Now i wouldn't touch her with a ten foot d**k. She reminds me of my grandmother ... and my grandmother has been dead for 10 years!!

Meg Ryan was never my favorite actress, but I thought she had a cute face and I could see why smart men liked her. But then, like the other comments say, she started messing with her face and it all went downhill. It looks like she stopped pumping up her lips (she looked like a Macy's float for a while), but that chin implant looks like it's going to take over here face.

Maybe I'm mistaken, but didn't all the face-messing coincide with the Russell Crowe-messing? Just a thought.
