12/9/2009 9:15 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF

UPDATE: 7:54 PM PT The judge just ordered Nas to pay $40,454 in spousal support and $10,647 in child support. And, Nas must pay disso-queen Laura Wasser's attorney's fees, to the tune of $46,022.

Nas
has just taken the stand in his divorce case, testifying that he wants overnights with his son.

Kelis has custody for now, but Nas' lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, wants his client to score some face time with the kid.

Kelis' lawyer, the very pregnant disso-queen Laura Wasser, grilled Nas about not paying his December child and spousal support in full. Nas said he thought he was paid up.

@ ARTOFWAR . . . are u serious? In this day and age of poverty, homelessness, A.I.D.S orphans, sick kids whose parents have no insurance and unemployment this is the sh*t u feel is important? Who gives a sh*t what color your moms eyes were or the color of your father's skin? Who cares about u and your shallow cohorts Bentleys and Lambos?

U sound like the Pharoahs of old who were buried with their treasure thinking they could take it with them 2 the afterlife lol. Grow the f**k up and try thinking [or possibly behaving?] in a meaningful manner. Right now u remind of a 5th grader bragging in front of his classmates. Lol at A.I.D.S running rampant in MIAMI and u saying u own MIAMI. Word lol? L-O-S-E-R.

How outrageous is this? 40k a month in spousal support and 10k in child support? On what planet does it cost 10k a month to feed, clothe and raise a child? Then Nas has to beg to see the child once in a while? This is why people snap, this woman has just hit the lottery for a very short term marriage. Amazing.

I think he should get shared custody...its amazing to me how the courts seem to put all of this money stuff first but forget that the child has 2 parents who should both take part in his upbringing as well as his financial well-being...but instead they spend more time worrying about Kelis' financial well-being, as if she is the dependent here...sad how the court system works.
