Pamela Bach has just been charged with one count driving under the influence and one count driving with a BAC of .08 or higher.
As we first reported, Bach was arrested on November 28 -- cops told us she took breathalyzer tests and blew a .14 and .13. A law enforcement source told TMZ she was "hammered."
Since Pamela has a prior DUI from earlier this year, she faces a minimum of five days in jail if convicted.
Their poor daughter(s) has absolutely no role models with both parents as alcoholics. I feel very sorry for the child(ren). The daughter seems to be more mature, and she also seems to be doing the parenting. She is a child! She should not have to worry about her parents, and if they are going to live or die from a drinking binge. This child needs to be removed from both homes so that she can try to live a normal life. Both parents are extremely selfish only thinking of themselves and a good time, rather than the hell they put their daughter through.
Throw her sorry ass in jail along with her ex, "the Hoff". They are both pathetic excuses for human beings and parents.
I feel truly sorry for their daughters. Hayley and Taylor deserve so much more from their parents than the material items they receive(Range Rover and Mercedes)The parents don't understand that the material items will not help them in their futures, so sad when parents try to buy their childrens love and think it will all be OK.
TAKE HER LICENSE AWAY AND NEVER LEY THIS LUSH DRIVE AGAIN...THEN PUT HER DUMN ASS IN JAIL FOR 28 DAYS SO SHE CAN SOBER UP....WITH ALL THE BOOZE SHE AND DAVID DRINK ITS A WONDER IF THEY ARE EVER SOBER!
I'm happy to say that I had no clue who this woman was until I saw the other comments.... so who cares. What is wrong with these people, why can't they handle their booze? Don't they have enough money to call a cab or something? Or at least learn how to drive drunk.

I have it on good authority that she might be able to skate on the second DUI. She did not consume the alcohol knowingly, it appears earlier that day she visited The HOF and gave him a hug which caused the intoxication.
