Some of you are idiots. An unloaded gun is about as harmful as a stapler. Those kids are far worse off having those two as parents than they are to be around an unloaded gun.

#4 - you forgot one thing ... JON IS A DUMB-ASS, which makes his having a weapon in the home/vehicle a significant potential dange. I wonder if his gun is licensed, where he keeps it - NYC or PA - and if it's legal to shoot in his neighborhood.

Okay, he's standing on his property. But it looks like he's aiming towards someone else's property over the fence. Doesn't he have neighbors and isn't it dangerous to be shooting in your backyard when you live next to people. Here in VA, we have a little thing called a shooting range that is safe and controlled. Registered? When? Where? Jon Gosselin has repeatedly demonstrated he does what he wants when he wants and he really doesn't care about rules, right? With his history, maybe TMZ publishing is a good thing. What was he aiming to hit? Loooks as though he was aiming into wooded area. Trees? Birds? Squirrels?... License required?
Most irritating, Jon only gets to be with his kids half as much as he was before the separation and pending divorce. It is a holiday month. Instead of making memories and spending time with his children, how does Jon Gosselin choose to spend his time in PA? Standing close to some fence and firing a pistol at ? Pitiful!

Guns don't kill people, irresponsible people kill people, there is nothing wrong with having the right to own a gun. I just hope that John saved enough money from his TV show to buy a gun safe is all.

Since when is firing off a gun on your own property in PA a crime? I live there and it's no crime in this county...he's still a jerk but if he has a carry permit he's not doing anything wrong. I'm sure he wasn't aiming at the kids and I'd hope he has a safe place to put it...hmmmm...no I won't say it!
