12/17/2009 3:13 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF

The woman who was driving behind Chris Henry during the pickup truck incident called 911 -- and told the operator he was beating on the back window of the truck.

Chris Henry 911 Call -- He's Beating on the Truck

The caller also describes the Cincinnati Bengals star as "shirtless" and said his arm was in a cast.

A second person called 911 after Chris fell from the back of the truck -- saying "there's a man is in the road ... he looks dead ... there's no movement."

Chris died early this morning as a result of his injuries.

Just like with the Elin/Tiger drama, lots of speculation going on not backed up by facts. No information has been released yet. Since he was on the back yelling and hitting the window -which the 911 caller described as crazy- maybe she was trying to get away she didn't stop because she thought he jumped out and was fine or didn't know he was out of the truck.

It definitely won't be murder but she could possibly be charged with reckless homicide. I doubt it though, the 911 call will probably save her. But if any witnesses saw her deliberately driving the truck in a way to ensure that he fell out, I don't know what might happen in that case.

Shirtless with one arm in a cast and he was still pissed off enough to jump in a moving truck without thinking how unsafe that was? I mean it'd be unsafe with TWO good arms to hold on with. Sounds like he had some major anger issues. I don't know how culpable she was in his falling out, but he certainly did a stupid, stupid thing that cost him his life.

The place where he was thrown out is a sharp curve.. there are a lot of accidents in that section of the road.

You never know if the woman, WOMAN, would of been a victim here, obviously there was some violence involved if this dude was jumping on trucks and beating rear windows. She may have feared for her life, this strong athletic man viciuosly attacking. What would you do? You live by the sword.

As for men like this, I dont know... I mean, he looked like bad news... you know the kind, there's just a bad vibe... and I will say this - thuggery in sports and in popular music, in this pop culture we have here in the USA, its so self-repressive.

It matters nothing what you achieve, or the supposed talents you have in anything, when you have that THUG mentality and way of life, it destroys it all. But people wont see that or change, they're on their own path, its their responsibility to look at that as just a sickness in our culture that inspires these kinds of individuals.

Kids look to these people as role models, all of them, sports and pop music, but what are they inspired by, what do the kids base their characters or personalities, way of thinking on?

She is not entitled to use deadly force unless she had a reasonable belief that her life was being threatened. The question will be was she trying to throw him out of the back of the truck. It'l be interesting to see what all of the witnesses say. Was she swerving like crazy to get him to fall out? Maybe he busted through the back window and that caused her to swerve suddenly.

Its pretty crazy to jump into the back of a truck speeding away especially if one of your arms is in a cast. You have to wonder if drugs were involved.

Perhaps he was banging on the window telling her to slow down. She probably sped up after he jumped into the truck. Now she has lost her meal ticket. I guess it's back to the strip club or tricking for her.

Karma's a bitch. Instead of the Karma bus it was the pimped out Karma truck. Did you SEE that truck? LMAO. Short box with a tool box and jacked up. And she'll get hers. No worries.
And I do believe he has more than three kids.
Baby mamas will be coming out of the trailer park woodwork soon.

This is soo heart tugging..this is another one of those; things shouldn't have never gotten this far. Now she fills really stupid. Can't go back and make things better. "TOO LATE" if what you say is true about her and his brother, his brother should fill like a damn fool. Wouldn't want to be in that family for the holidays.

He saw one too many episodes of the Dukes of Hazzard I guess. Perhaps he shouldn't have jumped into the back of a moving pickup truck like a madman....we're just sayin....

She was obviously trying to escape a dangerous situation; HE made the choice to put himself in harm's way. Just another guy hopping aboard the Stupid Train.

I get the feeling that this is Rihanna vs. Chris Brown redux, except in this case it was the guy who suffered the most. These violent relationships are nuts!

The way I see it...she was leaving the situation for whatever reason, which translates into she was trying to get away. If he ran after her and jumped into her truck...he and he alone escalated the situation and the unfortunate outcome is that he lost his life because of it. Bottom line, I see no way in which she can be charged, regardless of how she was driving, because the situation can easily be spun in such as to make her look like the victim. By jumping on the truck and banging on the window, he could've easily caused her to collide into another car/object. If people can't text and drive right, what do you think having someone banging on a window and screaming at you could do. The unfortunate truth he caused his own death. Lesson learned for those of us still here. You and your partner have issues...they try to leave....you let them leave...or this could be you!

MY SON JOSEPH WAS MURDER ON 12-27-2005, HE WAS 22 YEAR OF AGE. HE WROTE THIS POEM ALONG WITH OTHER POEMS. I LOVE ALL OF HIS WORK, BUT THIS POEM HELP ME TO LEARN HOW TO LIVE AGAIN.

MAY MY HEART GOES OUT TO THE FAMILY AND MAY GOD GIVE THE FAMILY STRENGTH

Death
Life is something we should appreciate and adore
because there comes a time in life our services are
not needed anymore.

A time in life when we are the next step closer,
and if you have done what He asked, the struggle is over.

A time when one passes from this world to another--
a time when we lose a family member, friend or lover.
This has been happening long before our existence,
but some think it's a joke until they are convinced.

A time in life that we rejoice and have sorrow, so we
must change our wicked ways,
because that time can come tomorrow.

To have one pass away can leave you emotionally scarred,
but you must maintain your composure and keep
your faith in God.

So we must stop the hate and seek forgiveness for our sins,
because whether you know it or not,
death is what we must face in the end.
