TMZ has obtained the mug shot of "America's Best Dance Crew" judge Shane Sparks -- taken moments after he was arrested and charged with 8 counts of child molestation last week.
Sparks' lawyer tells TMZ Shane is innocent -- and merely the victim of an extortion plot.
LAPD Detective John Eum tells TMZ the LAPD is still investigating and looking for other possible victims.

Well, innocent until proven guilty... however, IF he did what they are accusing him of... I hope he gets the max. But most likely, he'll buy his way out of it or at least buy his way into a minimum sentence.

He did it. I see the way he be lookin at the dancers on So You Think You Can Dance and ABDC. I know men look, stare n all but he seem so perverted. I never liked him. He the only judge that ALWAYS recap a 'sexy' part of a dance routine.
I hope more men and/or women truthfully come out with the truth.

well well a black serial child rapist..i have been saying all along black males are just as bad with this **** it just goes SO unreported. I grew up in a black area and alot of the kids i knew were molested by someone in or around thier familys. also alot of black mothers don't trust the cops or don't believe the child so yeah alot of blacks children are getting raped by black males and nothing much is being done about it.
