I dont understand; they remove the face in the door, but then made the hand really large... WTF ?
Oh, and they totally butchered the tears in the jeans and added some...

Her right hand is bigger in the second picture. Way bigger - Man Hands!!
The difference is that in the second photo the woman has just finished beating her boyfriend. You can see that her right fist is massively swollen from pounding it on his face and that the knee of her right pants leg is torn from where she kneed him in the groin.
You guys are losing your edge. This one was just too easy, usually I have to look for about ten minutes.
I see 4 things: 1. mans face is missing from doorway, 2. her hands are different, 3. the tears in her pants are different, 4. the feet are in different positions
