It's buff and tatted up fashion designer Marc Jacobs.
In 1988, Heather O'Rourke -- who played Carol Anne in "Poltergeist" -- died tragically at the age of 12.

I guess he wasn't a Dominique Dunne fan...seeing as she was also in the movie and was murdered by her boyfriend in 1982. Both are tragic losses though.

I think it was more like "why did he have that tattooed on his back", but I could be mistaken. Strange...
i dont know who he is9marc jacobs) ,,or why he has a pic of Heather on his back ,,,,,,,is he kin to her or just an admirer,,of her ?????//
can anyone answer that question????????
Gives his boyfriend some thing to look at when their getting busy.
Zelda Rubinstein just passed away today. She was in all of those Poltergiest films. She played Tangina, the spirit woman.
God, I should have known it was Marc Jacobs. That guy has lame tattoos ALL OVER his body. It's just brutal! Not only are they ugly, there's no symmetry... they look like fake kids' tattoos that have been randomly stuck on here, there and everywhere. Clearly, you don't have to have taste to be a designer.
Fashion designer? I hope his taste in clothes is better than his taste in tattoos.
