THE DESCRIPTIN GIVEN BY THE 1993 ACCUSER OF MICHAEL JACKSON'S GENETILIA WAS NOT ACCURATE. I REAPEAT...NOT ACCURATE!!!! Michael was not even arrested in that case because there was not enough evidence to convict Michael of a crime because no crime was committed. This case was brought to 2 separate jury's, and BOTH decided that there was NO EVIDENCE to bring this to trial.

The 93' accuser, Jordy Chandler, was forced by his father, Evan Chandler, to LIE about what he said about Michael Jackson. Michael Jackson's lawyer, Tom Mesereau had witnesses ready to testify if neccecssary (for the 2003 trial which MJ was cleared of ALLLL charges)who were friends of Jordy's, stating that Jordy told them that NO MOLESTATION EVER TOOK PLACE. Jordy also told those friends that he will never forgive his parents for what they MADE him say about Michael. Jordy Chandler emancipated himself at 16 years old.

There was a recorded phone call made public between Evan Chandler and Jordy's step-father Mr. Schwartz where Evan admitted that he would destroy Michael Jackson's life if he didnt get what he wanted...which was MONEY. All he would have to do is make a phone call. Evan addmitted that he had been rehearsed on what to say and what not to say. When Mr. Schwartz asked Evan how was this going to affect Jordy, Evan's response was "That is irrelevant to me".

Jordy had a restraining order aginst his father Evan, because Evan tried to kill Jordy by chocking him, and hitting him over the head with a gym weight. Evan Chandler killed himself 5 months after Michael Jackson passed away. No one attended Evan's funeral.
