He screamed at his temporary wife because she didn't do things the way his precious obedient Mayumi did them. Not a sign of a stable, self-assured man.

This is a tough call. The guy is clearly a wannabe. He's an idiot that cost his local taxpayers a few bucks to chase his toy as it floated away. But if the clown is jailed too long his family will end up costing the taxpayers again to feed and house his loser family. There are no winners here.
