She did age a lot, but I think she looks better now than she did in 2000. Man, that first Survivor was compelling television. The Outback season was fantastic as well!!

I don't see anything wrong with her. She is nice looking, and her looks are age appropriate. Obviously she does not do the botox thing, so she looks natural. She's nice looking.
And this is coming from another female who is about the same age.
You idiots who think she looks older than her age ... that's what 48 looks like when you haven't had a million procedures like the celebrities have had! She looks fine!
Survivor is a totally staged "reality Show". The rats and snakes speach that Sue Hawk made was part of the script and that she rehearsed it during the shows production. She did not make that speach by herself.Survivor is not real and those who think it is, wake up and face reality. None of the "contestants" are in any danger nor are they enduring any hardships as the show claims. The outcome of the show is pre determined by the producer, Mark Burnett. All contestants know well in advance when they will be voted off as it is mentioned in the contract that they sign before being placed on the show.
