It will be impossible to watch Jay interview celebrities in the future since all of his guests will secretly hate him for destroying one of their own for the sake of satisfying his own ego.

Billy Bush was such a class act to acknowledge and thank them for waiting through the commericial break. And they knew that. They knew he was telling the world how wonderful they were to wait and not walk away in a huff. And then the first thing out of Julia's mouth is a snide remark about NBC? There is a time for that, but not on the red carpet to a guy who just thanked you for being nice. And if NBC is in in the toilet, and she is on NBC, what does that make her?

Still a free country, and the lady had a point that I feel everybody should listen to it. The idiots in NBC have screwed it up so bad they are willing and able to allow anything happen there especially at there cable channel MSNBC. What a joke of a station that is. Whether you like her or not Julie Roberts is totally right in what she says, AND THAT IS THAT NBC IS IN THE TOILET.

I have been loyal to NBC for most of my life, but that is changing after this recent situation.

Companies (in general) need to realize, it's about customer service and doing the right thing. It's not just about the money, because without customers/consumers you have none!
