The Aspen judge in the Charlie Sheen case has just signed an emergency order allowing Charlie Sheen to be in Brooke Mueller's hospital room and communicate with her.
TMZ has obtained the signed court order. The judge says Charlie can communicate with Brooke for the time she is in the hospital. It further provides that Charlie "shall terminate any contact immediately upon the request of Ms. Sheen or any of her health care providers."
According to the order, Charlie can't harass Brooke.
As we first reported, Brooke was admitted to ICU today with a fever of 105 degrees and doctors believe she has pneumonia.
UPDATE: TMZ has confirmed, Brooke does indeed have pneumonia and is still in ICU. And, we've learned, the lawyers in the case will meet with the Aspen judge tomorrow morning at 9:00 AM to discuss the status of the case and when the hearing on the protective order will take place.

Pneumonia + 105 F + hospital (more so than outside the hospital) = almost certain death. Nosocomal pneumonia can easily develop in someone presenting with pneumonia in a hospital. I bet a TMZ t-shirt she has Klebsiella pneumonia.
Who F'ing cares??????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Gosh i hope they watch her a freind of mine almost died from a dentest with oral surgery she was in hospital for months got bacteria infection from the surgery did this too went in phemonia and all and infection all over her body hope they watch her good
I wonder if Brooke has a weak immune system, or if she caught pneumonia from too much irresponsible partying.
