A much happier Charlie Sheen visited Brooke Mueller today in the hospital -- and this time he was allowed to talk to his wife. Late yesterday, the judge in Charlie's Aspen case relaxed the protective order and allowed Charlie to have contact with Brooke while she's laid up in the hospital.
As we previously reported, Brooke was hospitalized yesterday for pneumonia. We're told she's still in ICU.

Charlie's a good ole White boy. TMZ would NEVER paint this guy in a bad light. They stalk Chris Brown and speak negatively about him EVERY CHANCE THEY GET!!! Even though that incident happened damn near a YEAR AGO!!
But good ole boy Charlie?? Yeah right!!! They don't even mention the fact that this guy threatened his wife with a KNIFE anymore!!! Now it's all about Brooke being hospitalized. Never mind the fact that this guy was arrested for domestic violence!!(As was Chris Brown)

Brooke's doctor should have told her not to be knocking down a bottle of booze everyday while taking antibiotics. Kind of null & voids the power of the antibiotics.
