Jane Seymour

Good Genes or Good Docs?

1/31/2010 7:10 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Jane Seymour has got it going on!

Jane Seymour
Here is the 27-year-old Bond girl back in 1979 (left) -- and 30 years later, the same 58-year-old smokin' babe in Fort Lauderdale (right).

Jane's look has never gone plain.

In 1979, Jane's birthday was listed as February 15, 1949, same as mine.

Over the years, she has dropped a few years off of her birthday year.

I'll be 61 on February 15th, I wonder how hers is listed now.

Ms. Seymour has definitely had help - but she probably also takes excellent care of herself, has good genes and is smart enough to find good doctors and not over do the treatments.

My mom is in her sixties and looks to be in her late 40s. She dyes her hair, uses sunscreen, knows how to put on makeup that flatters a woman her ages and is generally happy all the time. She doesn't do botox or anything like that. However, she did have an expensive face lift a few years back. She told the guy - make me look the best you can for my age but so I'll still look like me. He delivered.

So, good docs can help but they are only part of the equation.

She is absolutely beautiful. Anybody saying anything negative about her is simply jealous. The majority is genes. Doctors can not make you look that beautiful.

Her nose looks smaller in the 2nd pic. Can good genes do that? :P

Eternally gorgeous. And she looks a lot more human and natural than the botoxed wrinkle-free older women in Hollywood. Just a naturally beautiful woman.

She might look pretty, but shes really awful. She helped host the Candlelight Christmas Procession at Disneyland (where I work) three years ago and she was so mean and rude she literally made the manager of main street cry. She was angry that her painting of the castle that we sold at the time was not the focal point when first entering the art store (Disneyana). She told my manager that she "must be completely incompetent if [she] does feel that [her own] artwork was more beautiful than the rest". She told off a bunch of people till they switched the $14,000 painting in the center of the room with her $5,000 one.

You idiots! She's admitted to having work done.

And, you wouldn't know if has good genes -- just because of that reason. You have NO idea what she would look like without the work.

Every one of these Good Genes or Good Docs posts can be answered with the same response: Both. Obviously, these stars had good genes to begin with because they were attractive when they were young. Again, obviously, they had good docs if they're 20 or 30 years older and they still look young and terrific. Everyone in Hollywood gets nips and tucks at some point, and if they have good docs, you just can't tell.

Anyone who didn't get "excited" when they first saw JS in "Live and Let Die" when she walked in wearing that white gown, which was lit from the rear making her appear nude, must have been dead.
She's always been a natural beauty.

I'm not surprised. Unfortunately, most people in the entertainment industry are like that. And there's quite a few outside the industry who are like that too.

She has, but very classy and very minor. She hasn't had a facelift or taken her natural wrinkles away with injections. Read for yourselves.

she was good as dr.quinn medicine woman...if you ever noticed her eyes are different colors naturally, one brown, one green....kinda freakish but hasn't taken away from her beauty- at least she knows how to get work on her appearance(if she did) that doesn't make her look like an alien...she's a great painter/artist and jewelery designer as well as a good actor...can't imagine her acting so mean as to make anyone cry...but anything is possible...
