Look at these "ladies", if you will, assuming the position. If you look real closely, you will see a price tag on their asses. American men (and some women too)have a skewed idea of what sexy is. It's all about the fake. Fake boobs, fake tan, fake hair (extensions and color), fake fingernails, etc. Women tie their self-esteem to what men think of them.
