Howard K. Stern and the two doctors who treated Anna Nicole Smith have a date with a jury on August 4.
Stern, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich face a total of 23 felonies -- including illegally funneling sedatives and opiates to Smith.
Smith died of an accidental overdose in February of 2007.

Anna Nicole was an uneducated trashy golddigging tramp and Howard was her pimp and drug pusher. Big deal!! Putting him in jail won't change anything, so who cares? She's still dead. The only good thing she did in her life was giving birth to that little girl. The end.

JB made up these charges relying on the worst of sources. He and his investigators only talked to know-nothings who have been exposed in HKSâs civil trials inventing heinous stories for their own financial gain.
Despite coaching and threats, live prosecution witnesses during the preliminary hearing never supported the elements of the crimes charged. Professionals for the prosecution retracted or changed their opinions under cross-examination. Only a reading from an alleged interview with one of ANSâs nannies supported the fairy-story of the prosecution; something the same witness in person will hardly do.
The prosecutors think they will get 3 months to display irrelevant video clips and photos and cluck about âlifestyleâ â fat chance. Where is the proof of this alleged âconspiracyâ? No where!

The proof has nothing to do with witnesses, the volumes of presciption drugs and their origins are more that enough to convict that lying creep Stern. Larry is really embarrassing himself supporting Howard with his reinvention of history. Would Love to see Larry watch his video taped testimony from Florida or when they read back his police interview in the Bahamas. When Stern goes to Prison, Only Swims will disappear forever. All these fools will be trying to throw the others under the bus to save their necks, you watch. Larry should drop the bomb on HKS and then he would be free of him forever. BTW, there is no fortune to be had, except what they baby will bring in.

Stern should have been jailed a long time ago and that creepy Larry played a part in it too. Guess they've teamed up now to throw the doctors under the bus. God these two men are not to be trusted as it seems they planned the whole thing all along in order to end up with the golden goose. They need to play back all Larry's testimony from the Florida trial & charge him with lying under oath.

Larry Birkhead blackmailed Anna Nicole, he was wanted Marshall money and TV career. Birkhead lied in Florida courtroom and it will backfire on him. Ultimately, the contract regarding baby's paternity will be disclosed. Not to mention other dirty things from Birkhead's past, PICTURES....
