Now, Why couldn't the Doctor answer the question of why can't Doctors do a blood test to see what is in the patients system before the prescribe anything? Don't tell me that there would be a legal ramification!

That dorky dr DID cross the line, so did eroshevitch. No medical reasons for buckets of drugs for ANS. NONE. And it goes without saying stern was the linchpin in the drug procuring and dispensing.

All 3 need to lose their licenses and do some time to think about what completely callous and reckless behavior they displayed.

To try and blame his arrest on that picture is absurd and you should be ashamed of yourself for trying to sell that crap to people.

Superior Court Judge Robert J. Perry read the explosive entries from a diary of Dr. Sandeep Kapoor at a preliminary hearing Wednesday in Los Angeles.

In an entry on June 13, 2005, Kapoor talks about kissing Smith repeatedly and wondering if his actions "blurred the lines" of his doctor-patient relationship.

My 88 year-old mother was a patient of Dr. Kapoor. My mother loved him because he was able to help her with her medical conditions where other doctors couldn't. We even discussed pain medication for my mother, and I must say he was very conservative in his prescribing of pain medication for her. His manner with my mother was very professional and he treated her with the utmost dignity and respect. This doctor should only be judged in a court of law as to his culpability in regard to prescribing drugs for Anna Nicole Smith. I find it disgraceful that the public judge a doctor solely on what they read in the press, especially when it involves providing medical care to a celebrity.

"Public Information" exactly. I was surprised that wasn't brought up. I want to say something else but don't want to get reemed-plowed for it but it appears right now he's trying to do damage control. But one can say why now? Just like why now do they want to take his license? Perhaps they have more on him now then they did back then is why? I mean does one really expect him to come here and say "Ya, Anna gave me some money so I could slip her some extra candy under the table?" He even broke it down about how some doctors probably do that and how. So please. I started off thinking I'm going to listen to him with an open mind.Then the first statements that came out of his mouth threw that thought right out the window. I'm like what? Harvey's face priceless.

There are two things that popped out for me in this interview:
1) he HINTS that he is gay, but he doesn't come out and say it. Why is that? I found it odd/suspicious 2) He said he had never seen Howard K. Stern outside of his office, however he said earlier that Howard was walking beside the car at the gay pride parade.
I don't mean he is not innocent, just that he is a bit inconsistent.

That man is clearly innocent and Havery again hit the nail on the head.
The man is being used, scratch that, destroyed for a political stepping stone.

This Dr is a fruitcake! I couldn't even watch the whole interview... the way he talked was sooooo annoying! And he said in the beginning that at the gay pride parade was the only time they were ever social... bull crap! I just saw a photo of him and Anna Nicole at a gay club with Anna sitting on his lap! Not cool... not cool at all.

I read elsewhere that Dr. Kapoor is openly gay. I have also read elsewhere that Harvey is openly gay. Harvey doesn't come right out and say it on TMZ Live either; although, he hints at it strongly both on TMZ Live and TMZ on TV at times.

I recently watched a TMZ Live from last summer where Charles stated: "We won't discuss the sex stuff" in reference to a repeat question.

It's quite clear Time Warner or Harvey Levin Productions doesn't think TMZ Live is an appropriate forum for frank discussions of human sexuality. I would not draw any specific conclusions from Dr. Kapoor's skirting the issue. For all we know, he was schooled by Harvey or someone else at TMZ prior to the interview to avoid coming right out and stating it plainly on air.

Doctor/patient privilege and the HIPAA laws mentioned by Harvey during the interview restrict what a doctor can say about a patient. For all we know, Dr. Kapoor tested ANS's blood and urine regularly. If he did, he would not be able to say anything about it just as your doctor cannot go on TV to discuss any tests he gives you.

I don't think anyone can draw any legitimate conclusions from the question or from Dr. Kapoor's response to it.

In fact, I am surprised he discussed the methadone. I assume someone else made the methadone public knowledge before he could legally discuss it. I am not a lawyer though, so I have no idea.

It will be interesting to see what comes out of testimony at trial.

Dr. Kapoor used to be my doctor and he is great. I once went in complaining about how messed up my back was and he never even suggested pain medication. It was all about physical therapy. I would go back to him in a heartbeat.

Also what is your relationship with the inner circles of Howard K Stern and DR KAPOR? Are you romantically linked to either of these men? Just curious. I thought your education and your Classiness spoke volumes till ....YESTERDAYS INTERVIEW....DOnt lower or scoop to their Levels...they are nothing more than TRASH With a Degree.
