Dennis Hopper Prenup -- He Gets Everything

2/11/2010 7:29 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Dennis Hopper Prenup -- He Gets EverythingThe judge in the Dennis Hopper divorce case just unsealed a copy of the prenuptial agreement Dennis had with estranged wife Victoria, and unless she gets the prenup invalidated ... she's screwed.

Prenup Highlights:

-- Dennis keeps all his property -- which includes a house and a condo in Venice, a building in New Mexico on 320 acres, land in Arizona and a number of other properties.

-- Dennis keeps his "separate property pension and retirement benefits."

-- Dennis keeps his huge collection of fine arts worth over $2.5 million, including a $350,000 painting by Jean-Michel Basquiat.

-- Victoria has to move out of his house within 30 days of either party filing for divorce ... but it's bumped up to 60 days if they have a child together, which they do.

And here's the kicker: Victoria was guaranteed a $250,000 life insurance policy and 25% of everything in his will ... but only if they're married and living together at the time of his death.

So, here's the deal -- they no longer live together, so it would appear even if Dennis were to die before the divorce is final, she gets zilch.

But there's something in the prenup for Victoria, too. She gets to keep her separate property -- including two computers, two bookcases full of books, a 1973 VW Karmann Ghia, and her grandma's furniture.

UPDATE: We now know Victoria would have pocketed a total of $6.25 million -- which includes Dennis' L.A. home -- if things would have worked out between them ... this according to The Dennis Hopper Trust.

estate theft

Having suffered through the same insane deviant situation that Victoria is going through right now for the past three years of my life that have had SORROW, THREATS, ABUSE, POVERTY as the main theme fighting a pathological family of adult children, multitude of exes and other people ganging up on me and working my sick desperate now dead husband have I learned a lot about how estate theft works.

I've not seen mentioned Victoria's lawyers because I do have much to share with our very similar cases. I've spent $30 grand and counting of money I've had to borrow fighting back systems created just for this event. One of the ten or so lawyers I've dealt with told me 'In CA the most crooked courts are probate-the best liars win'. Told by bank managers, lawyers in two states, morticians that 'this happens everyday'. And it does and it is meant to happen too.

You want to know how to make the easiest big money by stealing estates? I've uncovered through my own interviews with those who deal with it how they do it and how they get away with it. You don't even have to die to be victimized and ripped off in legal ways that will either stand up in courts or maybe the perp will go to jail but recovering the assets never seems to happen.

Estate theft. Very hard to reclaim the money-lots of enabling of the thieves and remember 'the best liars win in the most corrupt courts in CA-probate'. Victoria might be better off if she just divorces that creep as fast as she can-she could get stuck with just the bills-like I have. And marriage is no protection. Another lie that enables those who profit off your loss.

Good! He should keep his property and other valuables, unless she helped him acquire it, which I doubt is the case!

Not much of a prenup. Aside from his salary during the marriage, that's exactly what would happen even if he didn't have a prenup. Of course, the fact that she agreed to it makes it harder for her to dig for the gold.

That is why you get a prenup. She gets out of it what she brought to it. Sounds fair to me. She shouldn't have agreed to it if she didn't want it.

Yikes, you people are HARSH! They've been married for 14 years, they have a daughter together . . . surely she deserves a bit of compensation for sticking with Hopper for so long (the guy can't be easy to live with, let's face it). He may be "da man," #1, but he's apparently also one vindictive, greedy bastard.

Damn! I can't believe she agreed to that prenup! But from the sound of it, she's a complete bitch so she deserves what she's getting (or not getting ha!) Why on earth deny a man access to his child when he's dying? And Making his life miserable when he's already sick from chemo and dying. Bitch needs to love her daughter more than she hates her ex. Make his final days peaceful, let him see his child and make memories for her. you're just reserving your spot in Hell if you don't.

.. explains alot, she was hoping to drive him to an early grave to get the 'goods'. Good for him and for his adult children protecting him from this gold digger.
