Levi Johnston: My Future is Bleak

2/11/2010 7:13 AM PST BY TMZ STAFF

Levi Johnston has just fired back at his baby mama, Bristol Palin, and unlike grandma Sarah Palin, Levi didn't need to write crib notes on his hand.

Levi Johnston and Bristol Palin

Levi is responding to Bristol's demand for $1,750 a month in child support. In his opposing legal papers, Levi's lawyer, Rex Butler, says Levi's income is "erratic." Bristol claims that Levi raked in more than $105,000 in 2009. But attorney Butler says, prior to 2009, Levi never made more than $10,000 a year.

In the legal docs, Johnston agrees to pay 20% of his adjusted 2009 income -- though he doesn't say exactly how much he made. He also agrees to file quarterly income reports. In his declaration, Levi says in 2010, his only contractual guarantee for income is $25,000 plus "some contingencies based on my Playgirl shoot." He says he doesn't see how it's possible to pay $1,750 a month in child support.

And there's this. According to the docs, "Levi Johnston stands before this court as a 19-year-old with good hopeful for an entertainment career but the chances of increased income are as unknowable as it would be for any young person working his way into the entertainment industry: not particularly good."

Shoe designer Jimmy Choo - whose high heeled creations are loved by a host of celebrities including Sarah Jessica Parker and Victoria Beckham - is developing a range of comfortable shoes. Fashion is in love with all things 90s, so it makes sense that the high-top is having a moment again.
It is not the first time Jimmy Choo has ventured into flat-soled shoes - earlier this year the upmarket brand teamed up with UGG Australia to create a new range of women's sheepskin footwear.

Sounds like the baby is the one who really loses in all of this.

Bristol needs to get off her ass and get a job! It takes 2 to make a baby and 2 to support it. She needs to get a job and stop preventing him from seeing his baby. It's not suppose to be about money sweetheart!

$10,000 per year in ALASKA???

With the cost of living in Alaska as igh as it is??? Who needs this loser???

Let the jerk sign off on the baby and walk away. He'll do it in a heartbeat... Bristol and the baby's life will be vastly improved in the future, there will be NO IN-LAWS to screw up the holidays - and at what cost???

$150 per month?? - and even that amount will be forever uncollectable???

Walk away Palins.

Improve the quality of your lives and walk away.

$1,750 a month? I got $100 for each of two kids. I WORKED to support myself, put myself through five years of college with three degrees, and worked 30 hours a week for those five years.

This stupid girl needs to get a life....her own. She got rid of the baby father so let her fend for herself.

OK... Some FACTS:

Federal Poverty level in AK is $13,530 and in the Lower 48, it's $10,830. Where "cheryl" is getting that CA has a poverty level of $50K, I don't know, but she is DEAD WRONG on that.

Levi hasn't said he "wouldn't" pay support, but has contributed since the baby was born. A lack of visitation, good will from the Palins, and a COURT ORDER left him without defined financial obligation and with a sense of "no visits/no pay" until ordered by a court. It took that little sl&t Bristol a YEAR to get her act together to file for support to be defined. HER fault, not his! And maybe if she would have let him be a part of that child's life, he would have either given her more $$ or had him 1/2 the time so he'd be paying for expenses 1/2 the time, owing her NOTHING. He should demand 50/50 physical custody. That way, there would be no support either way and he'd be a force in his child's life.

If Sarah wasn't such a lousy parent, none of this would have happened. Her "abstinence only" utter failure in her own household is a perfect indication of why she shouldn't be demanding it.

FURTHER, Sarah dragged Levi in from a hunting trip to do the RNC play acting under all kinds of threat to make his life miserable if he didn't show. SHE is the one who put him on stage. SHE is the one who made up the wild tale of their pending "marriage" to save face. And SHE probably paid him off to go along during the election. Real honorable. When she LOST the election for the Republicans, they summarily dismissed Levi, as his services were no longer required.

That Levi is cashing in on his 15 minutes shouldn't be begrudged. He should pay as a court so orders on that income. However, once the 15 minutes are over, there is NO WAY he could maintain a $1750/month without even a HS diploma. And, $1750 is WAY more than that baby needs, considering he lives rent free at Granny's house.

Bottom Line: Palin pulled an arbitrary number out of her butt and demanded it a YEAR later, but hasn't been nice enough to allow Levi to visit the baby regularly. Support should have been decided by a court the minute that baby was born... not AFTER she finds out he made a few more bucks than anticipated, the money hungry wh0re.

If Bristol is as evil & vindictive as her mother is, Poor Levi Johnston is in for a life of misery as these two b--ches plot their various courses of harassment & revenge....even when you consider that Sarah doesn't make a move without "God" telling her to do it..presumably "God" advises Bristol as well....

Bristol - asking for $1,750 is scandalous. It is not going to happen. Levi got one good year, where does he go next?

Levi - You have made negative public comments about the Palins. You are incurring the wrath. Poke the tiger with a stick, you'll get bite. Do you really want to pay a family law lawyer $200 to $350 an hour to respond to the ish that is sure to come?

The two of you need to remember one key thing. Its about the baby. What you have a retort? Repeat, It's about the baby. You two will be interacting for the years to come. No matter the anger and frustration, whatever you feel right now, you'll get more pleasure out of your parenthood if you can clear the air and start communicating with each other. The baby will have a healthier psyche, and you two just may get to enjoy the beauty of your developing baby in a harmony.

What you have a comment? See you weren't listening...It's about the baby.

For the Palin haters, must piss you off something fierce when she keeps going. I love it.

Ahhhh poor Levi. Such a putz! Don't blame Bristol for all of this. It takes two to tango. $1750.00 is not that much to pay for what he could make working in Alaska. As for the morons telling Bristol to get a job...is she suppose to raise him all by herself? Why are you putting it all on her? I wouldn't believe a word he says.

Maybe Sarah needs to chip in some of that $100K she made at the Tea Party Convention to support her daughter and grandson.

This kid is such a looser! I can't stand even looking at him (he really is nothing to look at). He thinks that he is some sort of superstar because he fathered this child. He needs to go back to alaska and go build himself an igloo and rought there.
