Jersey Shore's Ronnie -- The Homophobic Tirade

2/15/2010 6:47 PM PST BY TMZ STAFF

WARNING: Video contains explicit language.

Ronnie Magro from "Jersey Shore" didn't just fight in front of the cameras -- he also spewed some disgusting homophobic slurs during a violent altercation on the boardwalk ... and the footage has finally come to light.

It all went down minutes before Ronnie's first brawl on the show -- in which he and another bar patron could be seen talking trash to each other and then exchanging blows on the shore in front of their girlfriends.

But in the new never-before-seen footage -- Ronnie can also be seen and heard calling the guy a "f**king f**got" and a "f**king queer."

The footage was never aired on MTV.

A source from the production company behind the show who hasn't seen the clip tells us, "There were several gay staff members that worked on the show and Ronnie always respected them and everyone else."

I (and I hope MANY OTHERS) are so sick of these 'stars'. Can't their 15 minutes of fame be finally over?! Whether or not he is deemed homophobic, once people like him get in the public eye, they need to watch their mouths. Of course, MTV has been trying to cover this up as they are a valuable commodity; and for the life of me, I still don't get it!

That's Jersey speak. A test of manliness that fails on all levels.

Really, this is a story. I don't think he meant any harm by it. I have gay friends and when they hear this they laugh cause they know its not meant in a derogatory way towards the gay community, its just anger and things people say when they get in fights and get caught up in the heat of the moment. The media takes this stuff and wants to make a big deal of it, bigger than it is, anything for a story. Gay people call each other f@(&*ing fa***ts when they get in fights. When people get mad like this and start fighting, anything comes out of your mouth. People don't like these Jersey Shore kids and they are doing whatever they can do to make them sound really bad.

He was just trash talking like some people have already stated. A great way to rile up an insecure hetero male is to question their sexuality, especially in public.

The term "homophobic" implies one is afraid of and/or is uneducated with the gay concept. The truth is, a lot of people simply find it disgusting and repulsive in many different aspects.
Political correctness is going to eventually backlash. I can't wait.

1) Why is that video labeled "ronnie avoids confict"?

2) I don't think thats homophobic, unfortunately that's how drunken 'roided up d-bags talk and act. They really don't understand what they are saying its just what they all say when trying to pick a fight with someone they believe they can win easily without getting hit back.

3) Enough is enough with these "people", I am willing to give people the benefit of the doubt and let them watch 10-15 minutes for the shock value of just how low the human race can g, but why are the still around or not in jail?

I don't think he's homophobic. He was probably just spitting out words and with men, they use gay comments. Women would say slut, whore, bitch..

All I can say is that if Ronnie called anyone a "F***ing N***ER" it would not be tolerated for one second and the ramifications would be huge. Wake Up People.

Oh yea Leela.. What is bull is that this is who Ronnie is.. A trouble maker who cannot control himself. You should never push a girl or use derogatory slurs. Disgusting in this day and age... Ronnie is also a cokehead... A real role model for our society..

Post 19 is correct. Homophobic is almost always a misused word. It means "fear of". Does Ronnie appear afraid of the homo? Repulsed. . . yes.

Just because someone is against the gay lifestyle does not mean they have a phobia against gays.

Websters DictionaryDate: 1786
: an exaggerated usually inexplicable and illogical fear of a particular object, class of objects, or situation.

Most people who are against the gay lifestyle do not have an illogical fear against, just a truth in knowing that that life choice is completley and utterly wrong.

So the term homophobic is just a label that gays have attached in error.

I do not fear gays. Or have an illogical fear. I do however have faith in a WORD that has been with us for thousands of years that says the truth about homosexuality, no matter what any man may try to say is not the truth.

No phobia. Truthseeker

Everyone talks like that when they're talking smack. I highly doubt he has anything against homosexuals
