He may not be guilty, but I doubt that he's innocent.

How many times do you have to be accused before you finally get your balls busted. Isn't it about time he faces the music just like some poor slob who isn't popular. Besides I don't see what they see in him, uck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Name one female and case where Ben has been convicted and found guilty???? There was no criminal complaint on his civil suit and she didn't come forward until 1 year later. I also read all the papers filed on both sides of that case and it's extremely shady. All I have to say is that I have seen more cases where the accuser is the one not telling the complete truth and nothing ever comes of these types of accusations other than someone wanted to settle out of court for a chunk of money.

So many empty-headed idiots here judging based on issues they have NO clue about. Do you people realize that Ben's contract is for over $100 Million for seven years? Do you realize how many money-grubbing skanks there are out there that would gladly turkey-baste themselves just to have some rich man's baby and be "set for life"? This man is a TARGET, plain and simple. And apparently not a very cautious or smart one at that.

Let the legal process run it's course, and let the facts come to light before passing some blind emotionally-driven judgment.

ebruce2 Look at the flip side. How many loser men with money think they can do anything and just get away with?

While I agree that there is the chance that this is just another person trying to take advantage of a celebrity....

Nobody can possibly tell me that a person that regularly gets drunk enough to look like he does in THAT, couldn't possibly have been so drunk that they assaulted someone.

You at least have to agree that it's a possibility. Being drunk makes you do really retarded things, as many of us likely already know.

I don't care how rich or famous he is, I wouldn't sleep with him for anything. He has to be one of the most unattractive people I've ever seen.

Hey, #12. Rape is not about sex. It's about, anger, rage, power and control. Look it up you idiot!

The reporting on this is interesting to read in news outlets on the internet.
It seems more and more that so called news outlets simpy copy and paste and don't do any of their own gathering of news by actual reporting.
I just saw ABC news reporting on this.
Whats bothersome is really how they gloss over the subject and don't include important facts to these two cases Rothlesberger has.
Many are usin the word rape in the second case eventhough the police have said it wasn't a rape complaint.
The first case the police declined to make a charge.
Why don't they report this?

#12 - do you live under a rock(with Ben?)? "getting a piece" and rape are TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THINGS - one is consensual the other is VIOLENCE! Getting a piece - wow, you are a class act....

Ok, for everyone pointing the finger. None of us were there. Some of these woman oh wait excuse me "Girls gone wild" candidates... are looking to cash in plain and simple. This makes it very difficult for young ladies who are true victims of rape.
