...And then there rose a Pharoah who knew not Joseph- Pt.2
-#183--The Blues: I love Michael in that blue suit, I don't care what anyone says. I like the shorter hair, too although the long curly hair is my fave. I think I like this look because he looks like an adorable animated...toy--no kidding, but mainly because it was one of the first times I've seen him happy and bubbly during that period. I think he really thought Invincible would take the world by storm and was totally excited. Too bad Sony and others blocked it from enjoying the success it deserved...
-#184,186,290--Spike Lee and Ghosts: Kudos again Alice on the Spike Lee story. I just love that he and Michael got together and did "They don't care". They are a perfect match--both geniuses who are passionate about their work. As for "Ghosts", I L.O.V.E. that video--even more than "Thriller" because Michael gets to show he had great acting skills (I wish he had done "A Chorus Line" back in the day,) dancing prowess, and he looks so totally gorgeous...HOT to put it mildly...
-BTW: That R.Kelly Youtube tribute to Michael totally choked me up. It was so beautiful, especially how the entire audience sang every word of "You are not alone" and "I believe I can fly" to Michael. I never thought of it before but I do think that "Fly" is a perfect tribute to Michael because he clearly did believe he had wings and he definitely used them.
-#195,197, 210--Dangerous Liaisons: Danger there's also a theory that says SONY, Branca,Tohme and others may have done things to set it up so Michael would be in the poor financial position he was in so they would be able to move in on his SONY/ATV Catalog. It may seem far-fetched, but all it takes is careless Business Mgrs/Accountants, Lawyers and others consistently charging exorbitant fees on top of Michael well-known penchant for spending...which was his right as he hard as he worked day in and day out, dag-gonit!
-BTW: Nita you paint an interesting picture but I've never seen anything from a credible source that states Michael owns 50% of Sony. As Danger stated, I think he meant half of the catalog, although knowing Michael, he may have MEANT for you to hear that he owns half. He was mad at Mottola and SONY and wanted to put them on blast for the greedy leeches they are. However, if your story is the truth, this opens up a whole new can of worms. The DA should've made their first stop after Murray to Sony's doorstep.
-#226: The info in this post is the crux of the prevailing conspiracy theory: that SONY, AEG, Tohme, Barrack, Branca and others conspired to build Michael up with the Sony/ATV and other assets only to take it all away from him eventually. I personally believe that some of this is true but the devil is in the details and in the money trail as you stated. I also think that murder was not a part of the initial plan, but was brought in later as a "Plan B" when Michael began getting too strong and took control of his business again by firing a few key players (Tohme and Grace) and letting down a few others (Joe and Jermy.) It's kind of like those murder mysteries where the victim confronts the murderer and tells him he's on to him, instead of waiting until he's at a safe distance and protected to spill what he knows...
-BTW: Loved that part about DiLeo saying that noone was going to outdance Michael whether they were 5 or 40...DAG-GONIT!
-#213: Wasn't there a post that said the Executors are looking for people who could help build the Estate? You guys might want to apply in the financial dept. That's not exactly my forte, but I'd love to work on the investigation itself.
-#221--Kryss is it: WOW! This post really made my night! Thanks Yelena. This is the first interview from someone who worked on the 02 Tour that I really find believable because it's completely raw and he didn't try to sugarcoat it. Sure Michael hadn't danced in years so he had to get comfortable again with the moves. Any Michael supporter worth their salt could see on TII there were times where he was trying to get the groove back, then other times like when he was completely back--check out all of the clips where he wore the tight orange pants and the big jacket and you'll see what I mean. By the time "They don't care about us" was filmed--his last day, he was in control. He looked extremely tired, but very happy like he knew he was gonna get it all back.
The best part about this article is the fact that he stated he could tell Michael was nervous--and wanted to be great for them. It was only a rehearsal, yet he still felt driven to be at his best for the dancers and crew who also happened to be his fans. You could tell they were taken in everything he said or did in TII, and the fact that he stated they were happy when he started speaking up and said "the dancers had his back" is so touching and beautiful...it's pure devotion only Michael seemed to be a

Okay, so I promise "This is it, the final curtain, if you will..."

--BTW: Just a few acronyms I've been working on:
1.AEG= Astoundingly Evil and Greedy or Artists Enemy Gang
2.SONY=Selling Out Naive artists Yearly
3. Tohme=The One from Hell is ME
-#350,354,355--The one about Liz: I truly think Liz Taylor was Michael's friend because she was one of the few people in his life who didn't really need him to maintain her celeb/wealth status. Just think about it. Liz just really loved being a nurturer to her friends and she had other troubled star genius friends like Montgomery Clift, for example. I think Liz tried to be instrumental in helping Michael get off drugs back in the 90's the same way she tried to help Clift and others. As for the diamonds and money, I heard about that incident but I understood that it was something Michael WANTED to do, something he may have felt compelled to do since it was Liz Taylor, after all. Remember she had a rep back in the day for loving diamonds and was given quite a few chunks by her ex Richard Burton among other exes so I'm pretty sure she had no reason to demand diamonds from Michael. It was all Michael and his penchant for being overly generous--remember that furniture for the London home? He had that fancy chair made especially for Liz to sit in whenever she came to visit...it was just his way of showing he loved her...and who else was he going to buy extravagant presents for? He tried to with Katherine but bling just isn't her thing...
-BTW: I never heard anything about Liz introducing Klein to Michael. Not sure about that, but there were many others who could have just as easily. For instance, Carrie Fisher was friends with Klein and Michael, he could have met him through her or through Liza Minelli. I think it would be very hard to pinpoint how they met because Klein seems to move through a lot of celeb circles due to his profession...and I don't think I would take his word for it either.
-#357, et.al--Back to Debbie: Anyone who feels bad for Debbie Rowe has to read this post. This clearly outlines why Michael had issues with her. Even if she did have second thoughts about betraying Michael, it's hard to erase the fact that she cooperated with his Arch-Enemies--the SBPD. What's really funny is how she sold out Marc Shaffel and Co., admitting they were leeches, and now she's hanging out with the no.1 leech--Shaffel. You're absolutely right Danger, she played everybody except Michael who saw her for who she was at some point and decided to have nothing to do with her which is why I think other than rare visitations, MJ2 does not need her in their life. It would be too painful for them to deal with her true motives for seeing them. Furthermore, as I stated before, I wonder if possibly the reason she hasn't seen the children is because THEY DON'T WANT TO SEE HER! Remember, Prince and Paris are of age now and they're both Internet savvy with opinions of their own as to what is acceptable. They may choose to see her in the future, but maybe it's just too soon for them. If she had any compassion, she would allow time for them to heal and mourn their Dad. In any event, making statements to the media how the Jacksons--the only family MJ3 now knows are keeping them from her does NOT make her look any better to them...
-#450--Stranger than fiction: Danger, other than the bodyguards' claims that Michael came out of Kleins' office appearing to be high--which makes sense seeing that he'd had procedures done by Kooky Klein, of all people--there is nothing to support the theory that Michael was consistently on drugs in his final years. I think he took some meds for pain due to the Lupus and knee issues, but other than for Insomnia, I don't believe the hype about him being an addict. Quite a bit of that came from the media and Interest groups who are determined to keep us in a fog about who Michael really was. As for LIz not being his friend, just because he spent time over her house doesn't mean she supported or enabled him. On drugs or not, Liz appears to be a person who believed in letting people be themselves and one who would take a friends' secrets to the grave as she did for Monty Clift--more likely one of the reasons Michael loved her because of her respect for privacy.
-BTW--thanks so much for the post on "The Winds of Michael" from Jane Fonda. I remembered seeing how windy it was because of the countless pics of J-Lo's hairdo blowing away but I never thought of it like that...it was simply beautiful...just like Michael...

Just curious, where are these words from (which song)?

I've exhausted myself with the MJ research, and attempts to unravel mysteries, though I still want to know what happened on 6/25, so may get back to it at some point.

But I have to say, I am struck by the account of Ben Everstadt at the National Photo Group, because this is a paparazzi who had been following MJ for years. And he said that MJ frequented two places in LA -- Dr. Klein and Liz Taylor. Three or so times per week to Klein's office, and four or five times per weeks to Liz's, where he sometimes spent hours. He should know, he tailed him.

A few other accounts I find troubling, one being that Joe was pounding on the gates (in May, this according to Chef Jones) and was turned away. Also, Roger Friedman reported that Joe was 'yelling' to MJ on the phone in the days prior to MJ's death. The security guards report one time when Randy 'crashed' the security gate (which he denies) and was not let in. Then we have the spectacle of Joe giving us the 'thumbs up' in the days following MJ's death, and one (two) of the brothers showing up in the Range Rover outside Carolwood, and appearing positively jovial. WTH. Of all of the adults, Janet, LaToya, and Kathryn seemed appropriately somber.

If memory serves, Roger Friedman hinted that Joe's issue had to do with the AllGood deal, so family money was at stake (they got paid if he agreed to do the Texas gig).

Then we have Tohme, who had recently been fired. That would have been a very big deal to he and Colony, because Colony had saved the Neverland Ranch from foreclosure, and intro'd MJ to Anschutz and got the London gig set up. Then his ungrateful client fires him? Take a look at the photos of Tohme at the hospital. In one photo, he has his arms crossed and he looks belligerent. Maybe that's his usual demeanor. He looked very angry, imho.

We have Mottola, who MJ insulted repeatedly during the latter stages of his career. Is it true that Mottola exited Sony at least in some measure due to MJ's very public battle with him? Did MJ's claims about Mottola induce Sony to let him go? I have no idea.

Lastly, we have Murray, who may have been too eager to please his well-paying client, or just plain incompetent. In most of his photos, he appears depressed (and that's an appropriate emotional response to his situation). That said, I still want to know what happened to the 'imminent' foreclosure on his Red Rock Country Club home (the development is owned by Colony), and how he can afford a legal team. Last summer, a woman at Stewart Title in Las Vegas said he could be foreclosed on as early as November, and that was four months ago. So what happened? Why isn't the media delving into Murray's financial situation?

Everyone always says, 'follow the money'. In MJ's death, we have too many trails to follow.

And for all we know, it really was 'just' an accident.

Was it ever determined what was injected intra-muscularly by Dr. Klein? On this 'invoice', see "I.M. Injections". Whatever it was, MJ got a lot of it. A correction, the bill Klein submitted to the MJ Estate is for $48K, not $58K, as I stated previously.
