Jaafar Jackson -- Gunnin' for His Lil Bro

3/17/2010 12:30 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Katherine Jackson and her people insist the incident involving Jermaine Jackson's son, Jaafar, and the stun gun was an isolated event -- but TMZ has obtained a home movie that shows Jaafar is no stranger to playing with guns.

Jaafar, Jermaine, Jermajesty Jackson

The scene -- which appears to have been shot several months ago -- begins with Jaafar (left) barging into Jermajesty's room, Airsoft gun drawn, and then ordering his little brother to get on the ground. Jaafar pushes Jermajesty to the ground, pretends to pistol-whip him, handcuffs him and then gives the youngster an incomplete version of his Miranda rights.

Jaafar then tells his brother, "Don't move or I'll bust your head open."

Jaafar then cocks the gun, points it to Jermajesty's head, pulls the trigger and you hear the click. Jermajesty plays dead and Jaafar drags him by the leg out of the room.

TMZ decided not to post the video.

As for the stun gun incident, sources tell TMZ Jaafar pointed the weapon at two of Michael Jackson's kids -- Blanket and Prince -- but the family insists the two kids weren't even in the same room.

Our sources say the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services are still reviewing the stun gun incident.

319. 275 California's airsoft guns law is much more strict than most others in the country, short of a total ban.

Thank you for posting about the Ca laws. An airsoft gun is an “adult” toy. In fact you need to be 18 to buy one, so how did Jaafar get one? Yes, they’re safe when used by adults that follow the safety rules. Eye protection is highly recommended because it can cause serious eye damage. It can also cause whelps, bruises and there have been instances where people had their teeth knock out by high powered airguns. In the hands of a wild unsupervised child like Jaafar, it’s very dangerous. I am sooo scarce for Mikes kids. Someone better get in there and protect them.

You're welcome..how come no reporting about the state laws from TMZ? Would they not have to turn the video over to childrens' services if they have proof that state firearm laws were broken..which would include a minor having what, in the state's eyes, is still considered a firearm???

There's another problem with those airsoft guns. I don't know about the law in the USA, but in my country (Germany) you're strictly forbidden to take them outside your own home, now matter what age you are. The reason is that you basically can't see any difference between an airsoft weapon and a real one. This will highly endanger the airsoft user. A police officer can't decide inbetween subseconds whether his counterpart carries an airsoft or a real gun about with himself. He'll try to protect himself, and that might mean he draws his weapon – with deadly consequences. Many young people don't have a clue about that danger.

Hmmm, maybe TMZ already informed children's services. And I still would like to know how this kid got it. If he order it online, like he did with the stun gun, wouldn't security of caught the delivery?

Bogus story by TMZ. Yeah, like the Jackson family will send TMZ a video of the kids playing with guns. Don't believe it for one minute. Funny how TMZ knows everything that happens in the Jackson family compound before the family does.

Well...we see how effective they were in stopping access to the stun gun, so perhaps not.

This arrangement is a disaster for Michael Jackson's children, and I fear for their emotional, moral, and intellectual development. I could tell from the earlier video of their cousins' behaviour in that posh hotel that these are not the type of children who will be a positive influence on their development. I wish Diana Ross would get involved and take them in before their lives are completely ruined. I don't think that Randy's and Jermaine's children are the living companions Michael would have wanted for his children. He is probably spinning in his grave. What a tragedy.

You guys have NO moral compass! You have sunk lower than I ever thought you would. Why are you targeting these CHILDREN?? At least Michael and the rest of the ADULT Jackson family can defend themselves. Does Jaafar and Jermajesty have a monopoly on gun play? Is it not our society (THE ADULTS)that glamorizes violence? Today's youth is exposed to violence on every level. They see in T.V. shows, commercials,Video games, music, etc. I also noticed the undertones of the title........Gunnin' for his Lil' bro. Is that Ebonics? WOW! Harvey and co, you guys are SLEAZE!!!!!

What does one stand to gain in inflicting pains on his fellow human being? It still baffles me why people are finding it difficult to understand that what is good for the goose is also good for the gander.
