Matt LeBlanc is sick of playing nice and going back to the dark side -- by getting rid of his gray hair.
After being spotted last month rockin' a handsome salt & pepper 'do (right), the 42-year-old showed up to a newsstand in Brentwood on Wednesday looking much more like the Joey Tribbiani we know and love (left).

Mr. Nice guy look obviously isn't cutting it. LeBlanc should keep the salt & pepper look. Embrace his inner bad ass.

Don't like it at all. Should have stayed with the salt n' pepper. He looks plain like his Joey days on Joey/Friends.

Keep the salt and pepper hair. He looks like a total bad ass and I'd buy him playing an bad guy and it would help him move out of the shadow of Joey and establish himself as a character actor. His agent should embrace this look and run with it, I think it would work for his career.
