TMZ has learned the property Sandra Bullock just entered is owned by Gabriel Brener, a billionaire who owns a private investment firm in Beverly Hills.
Interesting that Sandra is making what appears to be a rare outing -- presumably to see a money guy.
As we reported, Brener -- who runs Brener International Group, LLC -- lives on the same street where Michael Jackson died.
Brener International invests in media, real estate and high-technology.

She married a dirtbag who now gets his escapades made famous only because Sandra married him. It is not like she was unaware of what he was when she entered into the marriage. She chose to be a public figure not a noname in some 9-5 job. The coach bag deliveries and script writes did not give her the buzz she needed so this road trip was arranged. Because in this age of technology lord knows one cannot do what she was doing there over the computer or phone or thru an agent or accountant.

Do you people at TMZ have no empathy? How can you prey on someone who has been victimized and publicly humiliated? To work for tabloids is one thing, but to treat people so inhumanely is horrible.
