Casey Johnson Rehab Claim Filed

0422_casey_johnson_EX2An exclusive Malibu rehab facility has filed a claim against Casey Johnson's estate -- a claim that would wipe out all of her assets.

TMZ has obtained legal docs in which Renaissance Malibu claims Casey went to rehab there in August, 2009.  Renaissance claims the $74,750 bill has not been paid.

TMZ first reported Casey's entire estate was valued at around $75,000 -- which would leave $250 if the claim is paid in full.

According to the docs, Casey spent 30 days at the facility and then received additional days of therapy.

Yeah, I see that. It doesn't matter what happens to her assets now it'll all be gone before her daughter would ever see it. Looks like her mom is adopting the kid that her daughter adopted anyway and she's got the real bucks. I will say the supposedly world re-known Renaissance Malibu rehab center going after the assets of a girl they utter failed to help isn't exactly the kind of publicity they want. LOL

LOL Hope they are like Michael Jackson's people and just say NO! $74+ thousand...give me a break. That is Rip! For that they better put me up somewhere nice and supply me with the drugs of my choice for the month. Leave the kid with something and take the loss. There are other famous people to rip off and pretend you fixed their addictions.
