the event Bieber was at was the canadian Juno awards its the canadian equivilent to the grammys .
while he was in town he made no new friends . he was an arrogant ******* to everyone he met.
he was recorded saying he did not want to be in Newfoundland ( where they were held) & he wouldnt give anyone autographs.
maby he was pissed because all the other acts were clubbing for the week & performong in clubs & he had to stay holed up in his hotel rom because he was too young
His performance sucked & the best part of it was when Drake spit the parts for ludacris
