Polanski Party, Table for 2?

Lindsay Lohan has just over 24 hours to make it back to L.A. -- or she will become a fugitive from justice.

Lohan has been ordered to come to court ... and as TMZ first reported the command performance is because the judge has determined she has not complied with the terms of her probation.  If Lindsay does not show tomorrow, the judge will issue a warrant for her arrest. 

It's 4 PM in Cannes, and Lindsay is still there.

We checked with the airlines.  There is no way Lindsay can make it back flying commercial for the 8:30 AM hearing.

It's possible, of course, someone could offer Lindsay a mercy flight on a private jet.  But so far there's no sign of that.

So here's where it stands.  No evidence of Lindsay making her way back to L.A.  Officials from Lindsay's alcohol ed course have told the judge LiLo is in compliance with the program, but we know Lindsay has only completed 10 of the required 13 classes.

OMG it's seriously like someone at TMZ is mentally obsessed with this. Now we are getting what, an hourly countdown to a friggin court date?
She will have a warrant issued, whenever she gets back, she will appear with her attorney, and she will GET OUT OF DOING ANY JAILTIME.



Stop with the 50 thousand posts on her that say the same damn thing please.

Gross.. Lindsay Lohan coverage. WOW ..then what??? she goes to jail and we can all look at pictures of her in handcuffs.. Thats the next hype on tmz.. pictures of Lindsay in handcuffs.. like we have never seen pictures of a person or train wreck in handcuffs.. sad TMZ needs to market their upcoming celeb gossip better. Perhaps planning the obituary write up for later this year for Lindsay would be the ingenious marketing website tool to be planning today...geeez.

LOL TMZ why do you think she will do jail time? They will do what they always do, extend probation until the requirements are met...Pull up her probation requirements, lets see what those say....just because the judge said one thing one time doesn't make it a part of her probation...plus California can't afford to have her in Jail...they can't afford to keep anyone in jail there...

If I did the same thing she did, I would have been in jail a LONG time ago! What's with the CA judges that they let celebs get out of doing the time for the crime! She should have been arrested when she was underage out drinking! Let her come to VA and see how long she would be running around! She needs to go to jail and stay there a long time!
