'Survivor Producer' -- Behind Some Bars

5/24/2010 7:24 PM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Bruce Beresford-Redman -- former "Survivor" producer-turned-person of interest in his wife's murder -- looked like he meant business earlier today as he left the Santa Monica offices of his criminal defense attorney Richard Hirsch.

As we previously reported, Beresford-Redman just entered back into the U.S. from Mexico -- without his passport ... which is still in the possession of Mexican authorities.

Buenos Noches, Amigos!

Please remember that in the United States of America, an individual is innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

And doesn't he look better with his hair grown out?

I'm glad that TMZ and the other media are on this story. Bruce could very well be the murderer, Eventually karma will catch up to him and If he does'nt kill himself he will probably have an unfortunate accident, there's lots of crime in LA, karma is a bitc

This guy has not been formally charged with anything, so they legally couldn't keep him from going home. What happened to innocent until proven guilty. This goes to show that if he crossed without a passport, we need to do something more about our border control (ie Arizona law). Can they legally take his kids if he hasn't been charged?

I've been asking the same thing? What can the US do? Can't charge him cause didn't happen here. Send him back to Mexico? I wonder same thing. As far as all asking how he got back in the US without his passport. I say rich friends with a Private plane would be only way? And how awful the Mexican offical LET IT HAPPEN! Did they not have anyone watching him! This case is so ass backwards it is unreal! usually they kill in US and run to Mexico to esacape the death penalty. Either he is crazy or crazy as a fox?? I too am curious the legalites of all this.

It's interesting he got to return to the United States. I've heard Mexican authorities use a reverse legal philosophy than ours. Specifically, the burden falls on the defense to prove it's innocent (meaning you're guilty until proven innocent there).
