Annette looks like she has serious problems, from a terrible eating disorder, to either bipolar disorder, or chronic deppression.
I have seen other photos of her, and she always has the look of emptyness in her eyes.
She needs to seek help and Matt needs to help her, for their kids' sake. However, it can be so talling on the spouse (Matt in this case)that these issues can and will distroy marriages, and you can't blame anybody.
