This girl sounds like a liar. I don't think she was raped I think that she might have had sex with him (if so it was willingly) and when he didn't want to be her boyfriend or give her money she cried rape.
She is just to calm for someone who is recalling their attack.

LIAR LIAR LIAR!!!!!!!!!!!!! From the beginning I was skeptical of this girl's accusations...unlike others who were ready to crucify Ben because he had already been involved in the A. McNulty situation...HA! We've all seen what that crazy woman was about, so why would anyone even consider that as a "1st offense"!?! PLEASE!!! I just have to say, it's been very much talked about in the media that Pittsburghers have been the biggest critics of Ben, the majority wanting to see him gone from the city. I am here to say that I am a Pittsburgher...born and raised...and I, along with MANY other true Pittsburghers are 100% supportive of Ben and have been from the beginning of this whole situation. The media has a way of spotlighting the Ben-haters in the city, but I can honestly say that among my co-workers, friends, and family members (ALL Pittsburghers!)...there's been nothing but support for Ben. I can't wait to proudly wear my #7 jersey at the first home game this Sept.
The girl is lying, to me it sounds like it is rehearsed and i bet her friends probably told her to say that. I mean come on she did it for attention. The alleged accuser was so anoying saying like in every sentence. No wonder why DA droped case because she said like so much. I think its cool that we can see what its like in a police station interview room lol.
As a former rape victim I have only 2 things to say about this:
1) If a man is following you with his genitals hanging out - go to A PUBLIC AREA and not to a restroom that very well could be empty.
2)If you are raped - and I am only speaking from my own experience of this heinous act, you WILL remember at least SOME detail - and it will change you forever. So I guess I have to at least call quasi-bull**** on this as I have never forgotten what happened to me, and I probobly never will. Oh, and I most certainly pressed charges!
