Conrad Murray -- Hands Off My MD License!

6/12/2010 12:37 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

0610_conrad_murray_BNDr. Conrad Murray is pissed that the California Attorney General is trying to take a second bite out of the apple medical license.

Murray's lawyer, Ed Chernoff, filed legal docs today opposing the A.G.'s renewed attempt to suspend the doc's medical privileges while he awaits trial for the death of Michael Jackson.

A judge has already turned thumbs down to the request, but now the case is before a new judge and the A.G. has renewed the motion.

L.A. County Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor will set a trial date during a hearing on Monday ... and he'll probably hear arguments on Murray's license.

The precise definition of murder VARIES from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Under the Common Law, or law made by courts, murder was the unlawful killing of a human being with malice aforethought. The term malice aforethought did not necessarily mean that the killer planned or premeditated on the killing, or that he or she felt malice toward the victim. Generally, malice aforethought referred to a level of intent or reck-lessness that separated murder from other killings and warranted stiffer punishment.

The definition of murder has evolved over several centuries. Under most modern statutes in the United States, murder comes in four varieties: (1) intentional murder; (2) a killing that resulted from the intent to do serious bodily injury; (3) a killing that resulted from a depraved heart or EXTREME RECKLESSNESS; and (4) murder committed by an Accomplice during the commission of, attempt of, or flight from certain felonies.

Many states use the California definition of implied malice to describe an unintentional killing that is charged as murder because the defendant intended to do serious bodily injury, or acted with EXTREME RECKLESSNESS.

Michael Jackson was on adult when he made that decision
to work with AEG, MJ knew the seriousness of his debt
problems and comprehended that he had few choices "Sell
or the Road" He choose the road .He l o v e d the stage
he also wanted his children to see him preform live
It's "my OPINION" he was okay with the 50 shows .

Following Michael's career all these years ,Mike never
did anything in half measures, He had to be the
biggest the best the first .So it's no surprise to me
that he would sign up for 50 shows (in his mind, he would
have out booked Prince plus put him "a g a i n" in
The Guinness Book of World Records)
As far as the WILL goes "In my OPINION" It's IRON-CLAD
first of all Joe Randy and Latoya can't get over the
fact ,that they were left out (this kinda thing always
happens in these big Estates) But ,Now that Katherine
is set to recieve 100 MILLION from the Estate. Things
will change ,by the way she can do what ever she wants
with it and I'm 99.9 percent sure, that account will be
"vide" empty when she passes. It was Michael's intention
that SHE Katherine be the arbiter of that portion of moneys

Michael left Branca and McClain in charge "b e c a u s e"
MJ DID NOT want (OR TRUST)his family involved in his
business affairs PERIOD.......... He loved his family
BUT,at arms distance.. John Branca and John McClain
have turned The Michael Jackson Estate around making
900 million in 11 months. What will they do this next
year coming ?
BRANCA faking the WILL "LLUB TIHS" don't forget MJ had
the trial (fighting for his life)
2003-2005 then spent another 3 years globe trotting not
physically well and financially strapped .That could
be why, at that time , he didn't renew his WILL
John Brance has represented other superstars such as :
Rolling Stones, Aerosmith
The Beach Boys,Bee Gees, Carlos Santana to names a few
and many others
John is a multi-millionaire in his own right ,has had an
impeccable career and is a CLASS A genious at making
money for his clients.
In 2009, in a highly-watched move, Branca beat out Wall Street investment banking houses to represent the Rodgers & Hammerstein Organization and sold their catalog for an
excess of $200 million, despite predictions by the Wall Street Journal and others that
the catalog wouldn't fetch more than $150 million.

Branca doesn't have to steal from Prince Paris and Sweet Blanket and I would think at some point Prince will have a seat at the table.

SOOO back the begining of this post (let me repeat myself) By the time MJ returned
to the U.S He knew he had to make some serious chooses, He knew what the score was ..So MJ bought back the people that knew
the business and could make money for him...
YES, there are shady characters ,But let's wait till
the curtain rises

What arrogance! If anybody should have his licencses revoked it is
murray.Gross ,reckless malpractice,no ethics-just for the money.
An "accident" was almost bound to happen sooner or later.Michael already paid with his life. Now it´s your turn.Sure he could have found another, then you would not have this prpblem.
