The man arrested for stalking Disney actress/musician Aly Michalka has been on a mission to "marry" the "Aly & AJ" star "no matter what" ... this according to legal docs Aly filed back in March. 
Aly was granted a restraining order against 25-year-old Ceasar Brantley several months before he was arrested outside of her home earlier this week on suspicion of stalking.
Aly had previous encounters with the guy dating back several months -- and in her original request for a restraining order, filed on March 1 in L.A. County Superior Court, Aly claims Ceasar "is an obsessed fan trying to come to my house to marry me."
She also notes that Ceasar has critical information about her life ... including the name of the pet cemetery where she buried her pets.
Now, Ceasar has been charged with felony stalking and several misdemeanor counts of violating the restraining order. He's due back in court on Monday.

That was decades before I was even born, but I miss those days.
i think the stalker should marry her and make her disappear into surburbia. too much of these fake dolls trying to pass themselves as women.
So which one is Aly and who is the other chick? Or is Aly a set of conjoined twins with a single name? (Sorry, I don't watch the Disney channel).
Well, those two women are cute, but I've still never heard of Aly and, like Greg said, don't even know which is her.

This story is VERY troubling. First, didn't the guy's parents raise him to know the difference between dating and stalking? 2 - "where she buried her pets" How many pets has she buried? Should Child Protective Services be looking into this?
