TMZ has learned prosecutor Danette Meyers will ask Judge Marsha Revel to send Lindsay Lohan to jail for 30 days for violating her probation.
Meyers has been on the attack today, arguing not only that Lindsay repeatedly violated probation by not attending alcohol ed classes at regular intervals, but also that the program was covering for her.

Judge Revel is way offf base and wasting everyone's time. A court order applies to the client, not the treatment program. And the court screwed up by not issuing a written order. And PS: Lohan did violate her probation, and the judge should revoke it. I predict she will revoke and Lohan will be jailed.
