LeBron James -- I'm In Miami, B*tch

7/9/2010 10:30 AM PDT BY TMZ STAFF

Hours after screwing the city of Cleveland like a cheap hooker, LeBron James arrived in Miami early this morning ... to a chorus of cheers from the only people who still like him.

Fans went crazy when he landed around 2:30 AM today, showing up at the W Hotel after flying via private jet.

Flying private is an act of cowardly betrayal against the good people of the commercial airline business.

It is just another case of a self center ego driven athlete, who thinks the world revolves around them. There is no athlete or celebrity for that matter, worth what they are getting paid, period.

Ok so let me ask you a question people from Ohio? If you had a choice to make 20 million a year to stay in Ohio or move to Miami and work with someone you respect, say like a Steve Jobs kind of person, what would you do. He gets to play with D Wade and work for Pat..give me a break it is his choice...not sure why everyone is so pissed...!

I don't see why he "owe's" Cleveland anything! The way the rest of the country see's it, Cleveland owe's him for helping the city shine for seven years; What have they done for him? He should be allowed to go wherever he wants to without anyone whining. It's his life and honestly if i had to choose between Miami and Akron... Sorry Cleveland but Miami Kicks your Butt. Also, if i had a chance to work with my best friends, live in a cool city, and win championships.. its no wonder he chose to leave. (and by the way, your owner sounds like a crying little &itch that didnt get what he wants.)

Now Trevor (comment #13). You stated "Who the hell cares! Pro sports are just a sop for the ignorant and uneducated."
Perhaps I am VERY uneducated because I am unfamiliar with a "sop". What is a "sop"? Or did your edumacated little self make a spelling error. Maybe you got an F in gym and never played a sport. That's OK,not everyone can be athletic. But to hate a group of people that excel at something you cannot is plain ignorant (and you ARE Mr. Edumacation after all, come on you know better). You need to do some research on the DEGREES some of these NFL players carry today. Law,Engineer, just ONE sport and a few examples. I know D.Wade (he said "I'm one of the luckiest mans in the world" in an interview yesterday doesn't even know the plural of the word men,and his name is spelled DWYANE instead of DWAYNE (huh? poor guy,his parents couldn't even spell) is not the most educated man in the world, but there are many, many educated, intelligent athletes who could drop their sport and excel at something other than sports. Probably, unlike yourself.

All LeBron needs to do now is hook up with Kim K and the championship's in the bag. BTW, loved the tag line, TMZ.

Ohio's problems are not Lebron's problems. If their economy is bad I doubt Lebron can fix it alone. Blaming him is just a stupid guilt trip. If the team had decided to cut Lebron it would be business as usual. Because he had a choice to make he is the bad guy? I don't think so. You do what works for you and your family. If he wanted to stay then that's what he would have done. He didn't want to. Adios Cleveland! I wish him all the best.

At #24 - D. Wade went to Marquette, so he is educated. Marquette is a top school my friend. No need to talk about his parents. What I have realized is that this entire thing has people up in arms is simply about money. Cleveland is upset because of the money (perhaps jobs) that will be lost in their city, other possible teams' cities are upset because they had visions of how his presence could have improved their local economy and of course Miami is rejoicing because of all he will bring to their city. None of them are looking out for him as a person, player, family man, etc. He had to do that for himself, and he did. There's a lot going on in Miami and I hope and pray that he stays focused, keep his family in tact and the groupies at bay, have great chemistry with his new team, and just be happy with the decision he made, because when it's all said and done, he's the one that has to live with it.

uh huh whatever

he is a douche. he makes promises that he can't keep. he checked out in the playoffs, what was that about? its not so much his leaving that makes me angry, as the fact that he felt the need to do it on national tv, a giant slap in the face of every man, woman and child who ever supported him. the cities of cleveland and akron have done nothing but support him from high school on, and this is what he does. I wish i could find the clip of his "promises" to cleveland that he never kept. Whatever lebron, take your baby-mama and your out of control mother and hit the beach, we don't want you! he led us all on, not just cleve. but NY, NJ, Chitown, etc. Egomaniac, i will however be curious to see how well he plays with other superstars, i find it hard to believe he'll be willing to share the spotlight. Cant wait to see him pouting on the bench!
