Mel Gibson Not Stripped of Visitation

Just the facts:
The biggest TELL to me was that Oksana refused to submit to a DNA test while pregnant. Most women would do that to ensure that the father lives up to his legal responsibilities.

Life is replete with women who must verify their sexual prowess and desirability. Once they get the man and destroy them it is off to the next challenge.

I have had enough of the gossip columns giving credence to these home wreckers. Date a famous man, blackmail him with sex tapes, sue him for services, destroy his life, career and marriage and then go on tour and America is supporting this dreck.

Most battered women lack the networking and finances to leave an abuser. Oksana has her own residence, money and friends.
If she was indeed abused she had all she needed to walk or file a restraining order against the man. Sole custody makes for more money.

Women like this do a disservice to those who have truly been abused. I am not saying that Mel is a saint. However men get entrapped like this all the time. People hate celebrities because they think their lives are much better and perfect. But if this had been their brother, husband or friend who ended up with a black widow woman like this they would do all they could to prevent this or at least help the guy out of a bad situation.

As a woman I am tired of women making us all out to be s*xualized gold diggers. Sex for money is still called prostitution.

Good news!

From the beginning with the alleged secretly recorded tapes, to Oksana violating a Judge's Order when she released the tapes, to Oksana's attorney failing to inform the Judge of the earlier mediated Child Support and Visitation order which both Oksana and Gibson had agreed to and signed, the entire spectacle reads as a set-up brought about by Oksana's insatiable appetite for money, fame and power.

Oksana's first two husbands, then the Brit she leeched off of, followed by Alan Bergman, Timothy Dalton, David Foster, all of them were not wealthy or famous enough for Oksana.

When Oksana landed Mel Gibson, the London Telegraph quoted Alan Bergman, one of her previous paramours, who said that he hoped that Mel Gibson would give the "opportunist" Oksana a role in a movie.

It is doubtful that the "humble beginnings" background which Oksana supposedly "suffered" was the format for her long history of using rich men to quench her avarice.

There are many people throughout history who also have had humble beginnings, yet they did not seek to callously use others as Oksana has for financial gain, fame and power.

All media is biased and all media is formed into about four monopolies.

Hollywood seems to think it is the go to for mores and political correctness however I will bet you that everyone posting here is prejudiced in some way yet would not admit it!
Do they cuss people out in traffic? The store? At work? hate fat people? bald people? smokers? poor people. Christians, jews, illegals.Give me a break? No one here as ascended as holy, just and perfect.

Typical people allowing others to think for them.

Every person has a right to their day in court esp. to defend themselves. Are people saying that Mel has no right to court proceedings and a legal defense? then they too have no right to defend themselves from any kind of allegations.

But every hit that TMZ and other gossip sites get is another buck. Gossip is a business based on hearsay and not truth.

Do the same people care about the war, the economy and ethical reporting? Apparantly not.

Huh?2010 the media is making loads of money in their fanning the flames of hate against Mel Gibson.

The beginning point of mainstream media's campaign against Mel was when he made "The Passion of the Christ."

Currently the current worldwide recession/depression and the declining economy has had a negative impact upon media outlets and Hollywood.

This spectacle conveniently set-up by Oksana Grigorieva has become a gold mine for all media outlets. There is no way that they will drop this story anytime soon.

Forensic experts have analyzed the Mel Gibson tapes and have proven and confirmed that Oksana or someone close to her edited and tampered with the tapes, making
Mel Gibson innocent. Will authorities press charges against Oksana?

Hollywood Life interviewed forensic expert Arlo West, who is the CEO of Creative Forensic Services. Arlo worked on the Natalee Holloway case and is considered an expert in his field.

Arlo says that the tapes are too clean and too professional sounding, which made him use computers and special equipment to figure out if the tapes were cut and pasted or if it was an actual recording. He has been able to confirm that Oksana's voice on the tapes are a voice over.

He further states that the tapes were made for distribution using digital recorders and equipment and that the tape was not made with a standard tape recorder. He suspects that Oksana had at least one other person help her with the editing to entrap Mel Gibson.

He has been able to prove that the recordings have been edited to remove as well as add words and phrases and switch words around to make it sound like Mel said certain things, when he did not.

The edits that Arlo discovered were done post-recording, and he says that what she has done is called tampering.

He used waveform analysis and zero crossing analysis. He says that there are several gaps and edits throughout the tapes and that they are digital recordings... no tape was used in the original. The digital recordings were massively edited and then transferred over to a tape to give the impression that Mel was recorded saying certain things. "

Does anyone question the audio and how the comments by his x sounds staged. The sound quality is different when she talks like she might have made it to fit his comments. Also with a picture that shows abuse, the picture has to be taken by a professional in that field like the Police with special equipment measuring the site where abuse occured. If it is true that she didn't come forward until after 6 mos,it just sounds suspect but we might not be getting the whole story.
