He's also raising Tiger Lily...the daughter of Michael Hutchence and Bob's ex-wife Paula Yates. I still think Tiger should have gone to live with Michael's parents!!

I agree with you Emma. I was a huge INXS fan. It was so sad that Michael died. Yes, Tiger Lily should be with Michael's parents.

to Emma J and cindy: Michael's parents were divorced by that time and Mr. Kell Hutchence died a couple years ago. Michael's mother and sister wanted the custody until they discovered that Michael's state was stolen and Tiger wasn't a rich heiress.
Mommy and sister published a book defenestrating everybody, cashed a good paycheck and stopped fighting for their "beloved Tiger".

bob geldof..always looks like he needs a bath, needs to brush his hair and get into rehab cuz that scuz always looks wasted. as for raising tiger lily..well, hasn't he done such a wonderful job with pixie and peaches?? with big sisters like that to look up to, i'm sure she won't be a heroin addict at 18. nope. not her. not with that family full of role models to look up to.

Paula named 'em, too. You forgot about Fifi. By the time The Rats got to America, punk was already dead. And New Wave / New Romantics took over. The Police and Duran broke out here leaving Boomtown by the wayside. However, albums like Fine Art of Surfacing, Tonic for the Troops and Mondo Bongo have been very influential in the underground scene. In person, Bob's supercool and superfunny. He certainly doesn't tolerate bull**** and he'll call you out on it. He's also much taller in person.
