Regarding Oksana injuries.

The night of the big fight, Oksana claims she was hit in the mouth and on her temple, giving her a black eye. Radar on line has pictures of Oksana sporting a black eye and broken teeth, not confirmed if they are from this fight with Mel. My question is, if Mel hit her that night in question why on the picture of the broken teeth does she not have a blackeye? The injuries are said to have occurred the same night, right? Please explain. Am I missing something?
