Chelsea is uglier than sin, she is marrying the son of a convicted jailbird fraudster, keeping crime and deceit all in the family. Bill is just peckerwood trash, as is the whole family. I bet they would have invited their close friend Hank Croslin and family, if they weren't in jail, those two families have a lot in common, thieves and hookers and dopers and drinkers to the last!
