Yes, Jay-Z is under-dressed for fine dining and Kanye's shades look inappropriate indoors. But if Eminem were there in a tee shirt, would he be called "ghetto" or likened to an ape? I think not.

By the way the restaurant is making money doubt any restaurant has a dress code. There are many Hollywood celebrities that would wear sandals to high-end places. Remember high-end means they charge more not that your meeting the president
