This contest was not legitimate. I know people that emailed in photos and they never appeared. It was clear that the organizers wanted the girl to win. How could anyone else win in light of the fact that you featured her as #1. Of course, she was going to win.
My question: Why call it a contest when TMZ.com just decides the winner arbitrarily by a manipulation of the marketing of solicted photos and rejecting entries it feels will challenge their chosen winner.
