Oksana Grigorieva played hooky today -- skipping day two of her deposition in her child custody case with Mel Gibson.
Sources tell us Oksana's attorneys called in sick for her this morning. It would have been her second consecutive day meeting with Gibson's lawyers.
No word on when she'll make up the sick day.

I’ve witnessed so many BS comments made about Gibson; I just had to say something:
I used to work for a producer in Los Angeles. (It was not Mr. Gibson, by the way.) I could tell you stories about LA you wouldn’t believe, but I never discuss them except to say that truth is definitely stranger than fiction. What I can tell you is that Mr. Gibson is well-known for his thoughtfulness and generosity with those who work for him and with him. He is highly respected in certain circles, and is extremely generous with his time and resources with charitable efforts for those in need from all over the world.
Mel Gibson is like the energizer bunny with high levels of energy and creativity. He genuinely cares about people, and does many things to help others. He can talk a mile a minute, and on rare occasions may talk before he thinks. Undeniably, Mr. Gibson has had problems and no one can defend the words on those alleged “tapes.” But his actions, what he does for people, and his concern for others, do not match the racist rant on those recordings. He does not use these words in his day-to-day interactions with others. This is why Whoopi Goldberg -- and those who know him -- supported him in this regard.
Mr. Gibson was in therapy before he broke up with Oksana because the relationship was so toxic -- a fact of which Oksana was well aware. Again, the words on those tapes are awful. Nevertheless, if you don’t think this woman knew how to deliberately push his buttons, and did indeed push them, there's a bridge in Brooklyn I’d like to sell you. If you don’t think those tapes were edited and manipulated, I’ll throw in an art-deco skyscraper in midtown Manhattan for a few dollars more.
Non-disclosure agreements -- NDAs or “gag orders” -- are very common throughout the entertainment industry. Just ask Paul McCartney. Heather Mills had to agree to a NDA in their divorce settlement in order to receive her money. If there were no NDAs, TMZ would have to hire dozens more staffers just to keep up with the “scandals,” and the hangers-on who want to make a lot of money off of someone else’s body of work and success…especially, when they’re on their way out the door.

I wondered about something... Marci Levine's website mentions several places how she accepts credit cards.
Oksana has stated she was reduced in late June to live off of credit cards.
I wonder WHOSE credit cards? Wonder what the cards in Dec. of last year or the first days of Jan of 2010 reflect?

I bet money she bailed today due to her getting caught up in things and not being able to get out of it. Her attorney probably told her to be sick.

I bet things REALLY aren't going well. Mel has a crackerjack team of the BEST lawyers, who won't allow her usual BS, and will verbally nail her to the wall to get the truth.

As someone else previously stated the only way ROL would know she hadn't taken the 5th is if she told them considering it was lawyers and a court reporter in the room. I'm sure none of them would "leak" that information. Any ideas who other than Oksana could be the leak? LOL She's a joke and she knows it!
