Oksana Grigorieva Calls in Sick to Deposition

how's come when Mel supposedly apologized for abusing Oksana, she responded that she was tired and hurting, with her veneers gone BUT where is the RAGE from her about hurting that baby? Not one word was said from her. Most mothers would have called the cops if that version happened and they would rage about their child being hurt before themselves. ROL knowingly used a picture of a baby, pimped out by her own mother, with baby acne..passed off as a punch. Shameful.

She failed the first question...State your NAME.....

This is the first step into begging for a settlement. Damage is done. I hope not but then who want's a messy court case that could go on for years.

Depo's aren't done in a court. They are done in the lawyer's office.

Told you. This is how these women behave. Playing 'sick' is one of their standbys. Like playing victim and playing broke.

They are narcissists who believe the world rotates around them, 24/7

They never take responsibility for their acts. They expect everyone to assume responsibility for them -- as in 'give me this, buy me that, take me there '

No doubt Mumps-Face thinks lawyers have nothing better to do that wait around for her

And when they've gone too far, the way Mumps-Face has --- they try to walk away from it. It's not going her way any longer. She doesn't want to play any more

She'll probably be found at an airport, or 'staying with a friend '. She certainly won't expect to be forced to attend hearings or be held accountable by lawyers and other adults

Wouldn't surprise me at all to read a ROL 'newsflash' claiming on behalf of Mumps-Face that now she's being 'victimised' by her own and Mel's lawyers. Wouldn't surprise me if she claimed they 'beat' her and tried to force her to attend the hearings

Next thing, we'll be treated to ROL 'exclusive photos' showing Mumps-Face's 'bruises and injuries' suffered when police hustled her inside the court

I'd imagine attorneys can be brutal with their questioning and try to ask her anything that will come back to bite her in the butt at a trial.

I'm sure they also asked her why she had no problem allowing Mel visitation w/ the baby in Mar/Apr/May then it suddenly became an issue by late June.

I sure hope TEAM MEL asks this LADY about how she got pregnant. She is 40 years old, I'm thinking infertility clinic, she took his goo there and without his permission she got pregnant.

If she lies about that, and if Mel's Lawyers do a deep investigation, they may have people who can place her in one of those clinics.

This way, the baby has HIS DNA and she is pregnant, but if he doesn't sign the forms in the clinic, I believe it is just HER baby. I think the clinic would need both parties to sign for it.

Or that would make the clinic reckless, imagine any woman getting a rich person's goo and without consent going to clinic like this.

If this is TRUE, I'm not saying it is, but I'm thinking this is the type of thing this Russian 40 year old would do. And I sure hope his lawyers ask lots of questions about it.

If she lied to MEL about how she got pregnant , this would show the "evilness" of this woman.

bingo...that was all it was and I have thought that from the start.....Mel felt bad to disappoint the kid

As an additional comment...it is interesting to note that this afternoon I was posting with some other posters here, and I said that 'amba' sounds like Oksana or someone close to her. I have mentioned that before and there are others who have posted the same. Someone here though thought she was in a deposition. I said that the deposition could have been continued or concluded. Another poster thought that there were TWO 'amba' posters here. I said that I think it could be Oksana when the English is good and her mother when the English isn't so good. I think they either use the same computer or at least peruse these boards and then post under 'amba' because that's the user name when they post comments. Amba is way to touchy over Robyn and the many people who are in support of Mel. And after just reading that there was no deposition today because she called in sick, then I really believe that Oksana is among us. Sounds to me like the deposition didn't go too well. Those attorneys have a way of getting to the bottom of the truth. They are trained. I would also imagine that the entire deposition was being video taped, along with audio recordings, and a court reporter present. Yep--I think the heat got to Oksana. You deserve it!
