Lol, people are so stupid. Just because Demi is about to turn 18 doesn't mean she is. It doesn't matter what the rules are in Canada, by Californian law, the state in which they both live, she's still a minor and not old enough to consent. Demi's parents could take Joe to court for satatory rape if the two of them were involved in these 'illicit acts' that Zack Taylor claims.

Still, I think Joe is wasting his time. By threatening to sue he's made this non-issue an issue and drawn unneccessary attention to Taylor, Demi, himself and their failed 3 month relationship. He should have let this go. By August 20th Demi will be 18, and this will all become a moot point anyways.

I think we saw Nick's girlfriend at a concert and the softball game. I am sort of old for Jonas I am 22 but I went with my little sister and three of her friends for her birthday. LOL
At the game in Newark NJ the girl was standing by the fence with two other friends. Nick kept waving and looking at her. I remember looking at her cause she looked out of place. She was all dressed up. Then she was standing by the dugout and all Nick did on the field was look her way.He said something to her but I could not figure out what. Crappy weather for the game Rain!!
Then on the 28th we went to the Taj Majal in Atlantic City and there was the same girl. This time though she had two security guards who stood there during the whole show and followed everytime she got up. We were accross the aisle from her. When the brothers came out Joe pointed out where she was to Nick and Nick waved to her and mouthed something. Rest of the night Nick could not keep his eyes off of her. kept singing to her and at one point mouthed something to her again. he sang some song from the show and basically sang it to this girl.LOL The Lovato chick and the other girl from the movie seeemed to know her too. They both kept waving and pointing to her. She was with the same girl she was with at the game and with what looked to be her older sister.
My sister's friend was behind her at the food line and the guard just stood next to her and I am guessing her older sister and she heard her sister call her Melly. They were complaining how bad the food was at the game LOL
As soon as the JB got off stage she was escorted out before anyone even got up. The girl has long black hair and is short. Has a baby face. I guess both brothers like them young. LOL Reminds me of the Demi chick with longer hair.

I have to say that there is no actual claim that joe jonas, 20, and Demi Lovato, 18, have had any sexual contact. Ofcourse some people beleive harmones are crazed and that there is a possibility the did have sex, but there is nothing that can prove it other than pregnancy, which we all no Demi isn't. Anyways, if your a fan or not most of you would say that Joe is not capable to have done such thing to hurt the other party's reputation. I personaly do not beleive that joe and demi have had sex. Hopefully these rumors will finally clear up and things go back to normal.
